Front desk was so rude. When I asked for parking, Front desk person said the parking is full and ask me to walk out and book some other hotel which provide parking.

Loved it, what a gorgeous place and the whole town had a beautiful feel, the hot tub and outside fire pit was a real treat!

Parking is limited, but the staff are very helpful to secure a spot. It is really expensive, but the whole town of Telluride is expensive.

Location was within 2 mins walk to the free gondola and town.

The free off road parking was full the whole time we were there so was not really an option. Someone in front of me got a room for $60 less per night than we did which was disappointing.

Location was excellent.

Unable to use shower as water temperature fluctuated uncontrollably. Hotel rates were not out of line for the resort area. However, I found it quite expensive. You were expected to pick up breakfast in the lobby, take it back to your room to eat.

Overall was a lot better than I was expecting for a motel. Was fairly clean and in good location.

The location was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lovely lobby with a great little breakfast set up. Staff in lobby were helpful and kind.

heat was a little hard to get right - it got too hot and then too cold. you can hear everything outside the room - people walking, people talking - but it was a quiet night and it was fine.

Location one block from Gondola and Main St (Colorado ave), fire pit was nice hangout during evenings, large hot tub also a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Very minor but Leave window open at night to avoid it getting stuffy in room (no AC in room), they have a fan. Arrive early to get spot in parking lot. Street parking available but rules/fees vary by street. Not a big deal but Ask staff for help.

No parking. Had to find parking on the street that was already crowded. The room was also very small for the price. Also there was no AC. We were on the 1st floor and did not feel safe to leave the window open all night.

It was close in town.

No fan offered or already in room during very hot time. Didn't notice others had fans until I was leaving. Windows open all night means noise from drunks and loud trucks & not feeling safe during night. Office does not open until 7:30 in the morning.

Short walk to down town.

Walls are thin. Can hear the neighbor snoring.

The location was perfect and staff was wonderful!

The room was extremely hot. We turned the heat off, opened the window and it remained hot which was uncomfortable sleeping. We sweat so bad at night and when we woke up we opened the door. The other guests down from us all had their windows open as well.

Location was fabulous for exploring Telluride. Mike at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Charming inn located in the center of Telluride. Short walk to shops/restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff, delicious homemade breakfast rolls & muffins in morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to downtown and gondola.

Paid luxury price, but received an experience worse than that of a roadside motel. Room smelt bad, staff is innatentive, with very few exceptions.

Location! A 2 minute walk to Main Street & the gondola. Plus the view of the mountains was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

Not wheelchair/walker/stroller accessible. We had to load and unload the stroller and walker from the car as we came and went from the room. It was a small inconvenience.

Close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful

Loud. Had to ask for soap. Didn't have washrags. Heat was too hot....could not cool room down even though it was 24 degrees outside. Bed not comfortable. Linens not great. Pillows not great. No "guide" on the TV so no way to figure out what was on.

The staff was friendly. They allowed me to check in early. They also allowed me to leave my car parked in their lot for a couple of hours after I had checked out.

I liked the location and the complimentary sack breakfast bag, although the processed food wasn't great.

The soap dispenser by the sink was empty and I did not like the dispenser in the shower. The room was hot, but we found a fan to put in the window to cool it off with fresh mountain air.
