- They charged me $75. I found the charge on my bank statement. When I checked out and asked about any extra charges, said I had none. I had not bought anything, didn't even use housekeeping. There was no disclosure of this charge.
- Just was not the typical experience I have staying at a Hampton Inn. Somewhat older, AC out in the lobby, doors were open, young lady at the front desk was pleasant but sweating. One queen bed and a smaller room. No ice machine on 2nd floor.
- Difficult to make a left turn toward town

Absolutely nothing wrong or in need of fixing
Clean, friendly staff, pool open late, great breakfast choices and staff.
Room was a little small and, even though it was clean, kind of had a smell to it. Not a trash/dirty type of smell but more of a bad air freshener type of smell.
Staff was helpful and welcoming. The team member managing breakfast had an excellent attitude and served the customers with cheerful kindness.
It is a little distant from the center of Montrose proper, so it takes more effort to travel to restaurants and shopping.

It was very clean. Right now that's very important due to COVID-19. I was very comfortable and slept wonderfully.
