- Hot tub not working. Same hot breakfast everyday got old. Loud hallways.
- The entrance and bathroom smelled stronge like urine and a horrible other odor. Front desk came to room agreed but couldn't get me into another room. The bathtub wouldn't drain, only one out of family was able to shower and a part of bath tub broke under the handle. The next day, maintenance found something in the bath drain I was told that caused the odor. I was given 5000 IHG points for the trouble. Money back would have been more appropriate

It was as nice as the Hilton we stayed at but you had a complementary breakfast and free parking.
