It’s an older hotel but upkeep is good. Very clean.

Close to highway

The room was very very old dated a beat up

It was easy to find and had nice outdoor seating

Not a free continental breakfast. Food that we did pay $10/plate for was cold, over cooked bacon. Also the Kuerig was broken and no hot water was to be found for a cup of tea. Never staying at a Holiday Inn again

The TV was old and was almost impossible to watch, the room smelled musty/ moldy, the front desk people were not very welcoming.

Tv was a mess and no instructions on how to work. There was a phone in the room but it didn’t have a cord attached.

The pool

The restaurant is misleading the service was aweful and the food was hard and cold. Also nothing good on menu and you have to pay for breakfast on top of the double price for the room

Cleanliness and friendly staff

The pillows are terrible! Way too soft! We woke up with neck and shoulder pain!

It was a little confusing to find but made it more private.

It took over an hour to get our breakfast and finish with it. About 45 minutes to get our order in and get our breakfast. One guest left after she got her breakfast because 15 minutes later she still did not get silverware.

Some of the guests were a little noisy not the fault of the hotel at all...

The hotel was very clean and the staff were personable and nice.

There are no USB outlets in the room and they do not offer a complimentary breakfast like a lot of cheaper hotels do.

Location compared to where I needed to go.

The room had a weird smell to it. Plus my sons room the sheets were dirty with stains on them and had a smell.

It was convenient and close. Nice enough and clean. Nice pool and a hat hot tub.

Extremely overpriced. $--- a night and no breakfast included is flipping ridiculous. However, we were in a pickle and decided to stay anyway. I will never stay there or anywhere charging that much again. Greedy schmucks just taking advantage of people.

The room size was nice, the location was right where we needed it to be and the staff on day 2 and 3 were nice and accommodating. The night desk guy on night one was friendly to me but rude and short with my husband.

Shower curtain did not reach to the floor. floor was soaked with every shower. Tiles damaged from water and 1 tile was coming up. Advertised with a sleeper sofa which it didnot have. Night desk guy was rude to my husband when he asked 4 blankets.

Unfortunately, my husband lost a tooth the day before we had our reservations and we could not go. Because it was a non-refundable advance pay reservation, we lost our money in addition to the tooth! I will never make a purchase like this again!

I was able to have my little dog with me

there was no free breakfast had to pay for it I didn't even bother with it

It was close to the airport and had a swimming pool. Breakfast was good but took a long time and we had to get it to go so we could get to the airport

Kids stay and eat free. Clean and good atmosphere.

Was not expecting such hard mattresses. Could not sleep all night. Woke up tired and sore. We ate at the restaurant and they only had one server for all guests. Our food came out cold like it had sat for 30min before we got it.
