Gentleman at the desk was awesome! The room has NO carpet -YEAH! Spotless.

It's price point mixed with the cleanliness. Nice staff. I don't need the big fancy breakfast and pool. I stay here 2 to 3 times a year

Convenient location near I-70

Was assigned to a 2nd floor room which wasn't too convenient this trip as I happened to be in a walking boot for some ankle issues. I asked if there was an elevator and was told there wasn't. Elevator would have been more convenient.

The clean white perfect towels!

Wish it had an elevator. Room was dark due to poor lighting and very dark paint.

Excellent location. Great cleaning staff.

One staff told me we would be refunded 50% and other refused (after we left).

Beds and bedding were super comfy and room was very clean.

Breakfast bar left a little to be desired, just in the way of variety of options. Lots of starch and brown/tan items. Not a lot of healthy things to select from.

The breakfast selections were very carb and sugar loaded. As a diabetic, there was really nothing I could have but I did take 1 banana.

Clean, nicely decorated, efficient, just needed a place to sleep and it was good

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and how clean the rooms were for the rate I paid.

This is not an issue for me as bring what I need for travel and do not need a maid to pick up after me daily, but if you are a person who relies on these services, the maid did not visit our room while we were there to replenish toiletries or coffee.

Parking for trailers was great

Their breakfast wasn't great, waffles and toast were the only warm things

Quiet . Comfortable beds with SOFT SHEETS. Front desk was polite and helpful.

We just had the "trip from Hell". I have stayed at this hotel over the past 6 years with NO PROBLEMS. This time I found out they were under new ownership and IT SHOWED!! Extremely disappointing! We moved/changed rooms 4 times!

The curtains were stained. The walls had big scratches on them. The room and halls had an awful smell similar to garlic.

Room was facing the interstate, Noisy. Wifi connection was often interrupted and hard to reconnect.

Cleanliness and staff friendliness / helpfulness

A desk chair (indeed, a desk) would have been nice. The soft easy chair is difficult to sit up in and to use the table as a desk. Truly, a first world problem, I¿m aware. Wouls stay here again in a heartbeat!
