Staff was wonderful and nice room

The jelly and peanut butter seemed way outdated. Didn’t spread and odd color. The floors in room needed swept otherwise was a nice stay.

I was on a very tight timeframe. When I arrived to a sign saying they would be back soon. An hour and a half later the next person on duty arrived. That staff was apologetic and did great. The next morning the same sign was posted with nobody 2help

Indoor pool and hot tub are nice and have good space.

The elevator didn't work. There was 1 employee working the desk and making breakfast/coffee on a Saturday morning.

The individual at the front desk seemed ill prepared to check customers in. I had to wait 20 minutes for him to book someone over the phone, I had to wait 14 minutes in order to put the $5 deposit on my card because their machines would not work.

The room was nice, quiet, & clean.

There was no hot water in the shower the morning we checked out! I realize that is most likely the time of day when a lot of showers are being taken but for a hotel of this size & the amount we paid for our stay, this should not have happened!

Location and the beds were fairly comfortable

The pool was COLD, the hot tub was foamy, the pool area was not clean- there was a big clump of hair against the wall, broken table?our room a/c was set at 62 degrees and was 72. No one at front desk at checkout

The hotel was conveniently located.

There was very little breakfast options and it ran out and was never replenished.

I did not like the front desk staff I did not like the housekeeping staff I did not like the dirty and smelly room I did not like their poorly made and prepared complimentary breakfast I did not like the hotel location

After having a loud first night, I asked to switch rooms. My second room was quiet.

2nd floor room very noisy. My 2nd day the hotel manager and front desk clerk pounded on my door at 6:45am questioning me about my reservation saying my room was supposed to be vacant. They hadn¿t switched my room in their system. Told they were short staf

Breakfast was included and location. Might be ok for a short 1 night stay.

Bedding was stained and visibly worn. The bathroom also needs updating as things are starting to be in disrepair. Dogs are allowed and you could hear barking from adjacent rooms through walls. Hallways occasionally smelled of smoke.

hotel employee are wonderful and are ready to help at anytime. This is a hotel that has excellent client service. As many hotels as I have stayed in and worked in these ladies bring their "A" game everyday !

While this is an excellent location if you have a car and are only here a day or two and being by the highway it has it's challenges if you are not driving. However, this shouldn't detract from anyone staying here.

The staff are friendly and quite competent. The waffles at breakfast were the best hotel waffles I've ever had.

If you're on floor two or three, the single elevator is smaller and can have a queue during busier times like check-in and check-out. Consider the stairs at the end of the hallway if you can.
