Cockroaches Bedbugs

The room was infested with cockroaches. It took a night and a day to get moved to another room. Horrible experience.

Breakfast, indoor pool, newly renovated rooms

not a thing

It seemed they rented rooms near mine for extended periods to people who did not have anywhere else to go. it was like they camped outside my door, smoked, drank, swore well into the night. It was like living in a hobo camp.

I liked how they could always come up with the ready. Excuse for why do not have hot water in my shower or a microwave in my hotel room. They said they can't take a microwave out of an empty room because they will need it for guests coming later on.

I did not like that. I could not get even warm water in my shower. I got 2 different rooms at this hotel. Neither one had a microwave and the microwave in the lobby was absolutely filthy.

Front desk staff are usually very nice. Very easy to get checked into the hotel.

All of the housekeeping staff are very rude and have poor attitudes and steal any items left behind in rooms. Also, housekeeping staff just walks into your room without even knocking or asking anything, even when the do not disturb sign is up.

1st room was not ready

There were certain doors that were supposed to require key card to get in, but, they would just push open without key, the doors to the outside/back inside of the hotel. Layout of hotel is complicated. Difficult to find your room.

That I was offered drugs when I parked my car.

The meth smoking on the street and balcony. Help incomplete the hotel was. They have flooring down, but no baseboards Or trim around the doors. Greeted me with a extremely rude gestures ?confusing me with someone else ?

Leaving

It was a drug den, there were people living there with meth sores on their faces. Not a place I would ever have stayed without your recommendation. Not safe. No working water.

The staff was amazing. Hotel employee were so pleasant, kind and helpful. Hotel employee should be groomed to be the manager the current one is out of their depth.

The grounds were very dirty. Gym equipment was broken.

The staff up front was incredible. We had an extended stay, due to moving - each gal up front was so kind and helpful.

Lack of towels

Check in and out were super quick. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked amazing.

They clearly don't give their staff adequate time to completely clean the rooms. The toilet base had a lot of build up. Walls could use a good scrub.
