It is shameful and unconscionable to price gouge during CSU events. The caliber of the hotel is not worth over $--- a night. The sheets were ratty; the floors left my feet black and the barking dog across the hallway was annoying.

People were friendly....good customer service.

Rooms, and the hall area, needs renovations' pool water was kind of dirty...

The breakfast

I paid for 3 adults and did not get a place for the 3rd to sleep. He had to sleep in the vehicle.

The staff was very friendly and professional.

I booked the hotel because the website said hot breakfast and jacuzzi, neither of these were available and should be removed from the website. Also, there were cockroaches.

Price

Coffee machine in room didn’t work; lobby and hallways had lots of trash; they shouldn’t state the serve continental breakfast. All they had were muffins and walffles. Empty refrigerators; no proteins. I didn’t choose it for breakfast but if you say it…

They had no amenities in the room..i.e. soap, lotion, coffee and coffee service.

Sliding windows locked on first floor. Difficult getting luggage up and around

Hotel smelled like illegal substances. The room was dirty. My dad was bitten by a bug near his eye that made his eye swell up with puss pockets. He had to go to a doctor and get a shot and placed on antibiotics because he can't see out of the eye.

Friendly staff and a decent pool

Hot tub not available

Very dated and run down, not at all as advertised. Breakfast was nothing, and no help at the front desk for 45 min to find out they could not print a receipt for the stay.

Convent location.

Hallway smelled of urine by elevator. Paint of hallway, elevator, rooms, was subpar. Mold by window. Water damage by AC unit. Toilet very low for average person. Hallway needed a good vacuuming. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing. The room had bed bugs.

We did not stay at the hotel because it was filthy dirty and had bed bugs. We spent the evening searching for another hotel after traveling from Boston. An absolute nightmare.

The waffles

Our room was moldy causing my asthma to flare and it had a vent in the bathroom that was falling off the wall in general the whole hotel was just very very old outdated and disgusting.

I never leave negative reviews but at 330AM I was woken up to someone trying to break into my room because the front desk gave someone the keys to my room. After I got two calls between 330-4am to validate my info and to ?check? if someone was in the room

Dirty, dated, appeared that homeless were being sheltered here

It is old, in need of improvements, not very clean

The price

No pool as stated on their site. Air conditioner didn't blow very cold.shampoo was 2 dollars extra. Floors need mopped , my bottom of my feet got black from walking on them.no coffee maker in room.

Full of cigarette smell,blood stains on the pillow.Dirty pillows and sheets Beds were very bad and used 1000 times.The ceilng wall was leaking of water seems water seepag advertised breakfast included but there was no breakfast providedVery disappointed

Had trouble with sliding door but they fixed it

Staff were wonderful

First night we found a cockroach in our room. Was offered to moved a room, but should've gave me a free night for the inconvenience. The second room was decent.
