Pros +
- Location, it’s closed to our son and shopping.
- I like the remolded room. It was also very spacious! It was in a good location.
- We’ve stayed here previously 3 times and appreciated the Ev charger on site.
Cons -
- It was under construction and it felt very dirty and chaotic coming and going. We had no warning it was being remodeled when we made the reservation.
- It was under a remodel, we were not informed of that prior to booking. There was construction noises and unfortunately no breakfast like advertised. They was no offers of even a grab and go breakfast or vouchers to any restaurants near by. For the price I expected more.
- The Booking.com site and the hotel did not advise that the hotel is being remodeled, access and first floor public area was a mess. They also failed to mention changes in their EV charging onsite. The Ev charging was previously included for guests, now it’s the most expensive EV charging I’ve ever seen at .39/kilowatt plus a $3 start charge fee. This is more expensive than gas for our SUV. Felt like got bait and switched. Indicated this at check out, reception indicated a manager would contact me and address the concern. So far have heard nothing but will update my review if they do contact me. Otherwise this location and Booking.com has lost my confidence.

Nothing!
Walls not insulated enough! Very noisy. Under construction!!! If you are NOT ready to provide a great atmosphere DON'T book rooms!!
