- Best bang for our buck we've had at a hotel in a long time! The room was a bargain, updated, comfortable, and even had a decent breakfast included. Staff was super friendly.

Cons -
- Several - after hours check-in via video link was slow and complicated due to technical problems. My room did not have working heat (it was snowing outside). The floor was dirty, the desk chair was torn and stained.
- There was no soundproofing between rooms, so it was VERY loud. Entire conversations (not yelling) could be heard as you walked down the hall. It was loud enough also to keep us up at night. Location was a bit sketchy too.
- Needed a new bottom seal on front door of room
