Best Western Plus Castle Rock

Quiet(heard kids on another floor but ours was quiet), clean, comfortable room with a nice bed. Breakfast was fabulous with omelets that were delicious and multiple options other than that to choose from.

Got a great deal otherwise probably wouldn’t have spent the asking price to stay here.

Location was great, and breakfast was great.

The room smelled like cigarettes, and made my wife and me feel ill. Also, we requested that the room be cleaned and it was not done.

Breakfast was well maintained and presented. Staff always had a smile. Other amenities were as advertised and clean.

Cards were either de-magnified or cancelled twice in our stay. The WiFi was closed out each night and had to resign on daily. Our room 206 had a smoke alarm the had a green and another motion sensitive white light that was a nuisance and privacy concern.

Safe location, yet near freeway entrance. Ample parking spaces, very cordial & polite check-in staff, cleaning staff, & breakfast staff.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including whole fresh fruit, but high in sugar content (such as the regular yogurt). Staff was very friendly & did an excellent job keeping food & beverages filled.

Clean, nice easy parking, lobby good, breakfast great, room B+, AC was super. Nice place will stay again!

LOVED THE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST. THE EGG OMELETTS WERE OUR FAVORITE.

THE ELEVATOR COULD USE A LITTLE TWEEKING. GOING UP WAS JERKY. THE FIRST TIME WE RODE IN IT WE WERE NOT SURE WE WERE GOING TO MAKE IT TO OUR FLOOR.

Breakfast was great! Always filling and a great start to the day. Public areas of the hotel were very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Elevator seemed to be on its last legs. I'm not sure if my room was supposed to be cleaned, but wasn't for a three night stay.

Room was clean, our room was on the highway side and we still didn't hear the traffic.

Towels were a little thin but staff was so pleasant about providing additional towels, soap, etc.

The elevator felt like it was going to break every time we used it. It shook and felt like it was straining with just 2 people in it. Breakfast was terrible.

Friendly staff very clean and hot breakfast and coffee were very good.

No phone charging plugs on night stands and no night lights in bathroom

The hotel met my expectations. It had all the basics. It was more than adequate. It was clean. Comfortable bed. Far better than average breakfast buffet. Fresh and tasty. Helpful staff.

No usb outlets for electronics.

This hotel lobby is beautiful - quite unique & reminded me of a boutique snow resort /spa. Receptionist was delightful - friendly & helpful. Room was clean! Highly recommended!

Everything was first rate and so clean. Hot tub and pool were well maintained and breakfast was excellent for a hotel !

The quietness of the rooms was almost eerie. My room was on the third floor next to the elevator and ice machine and I never heard anything outside of my door.

The location wasn't ideal for where I was traveling but the hotel had no bearing on that.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly for the most part.

My family was obviously was given a room used for pets. Upon opening the door, we could smell dog, and the bed had cat scratch marks. We were tired & didn't feel like complaining though over a 1 night. Way below expectations though. The pool was freezing.

Clean room, breakfast was ok, coffee was very good, fresh all day long.Staff very pleasant.
