Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver South - Castle Rock By IHG

The room was very nice and location couldn't be better. Lydia at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful.

The cleaning staff took towels and tip one day, but didn't leave new towels, didn't take trash. There was a middle-aged woman at the front desk who wouldn't even look up when guests were coming in and out. Not impressive.

THE HOTEL HAD VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL EMPLOYESS

THE FOURTH FLOOR SMELLED LIKE SEWER. HAD TO CALL FOR TOWELS, THE CLEANING PERSON FORGOT TO LEAVE THEM. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT HOTEL THE PARKING LOT WAS FILLED WITH POLICE CARS. THE FRONT DESK HAD TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM THAN WHAT WE BOOKED

This hotel met our needs perfectly! It was clean, conveniently located, the staff was excellent. Breakfast was definitely more than I anticipated, and my kids were thrilled to get to watch their pancakes as they were made. We'll be back.

The overnight lady at the counter is very rude. we where sitting in the lobby and when she told us it was closed on of the guys tried to joke with her as we were getting our stuff to leave and she was rude rolled her eyes and walked away. CS goes far

The hot stub worked

Some of the lights in the room did not work. There was a used band aid on the nightstand. The pool heater was not working or the jets in the hot tub.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The walls and flooring/ceiling allow every sound from your neighboring rooms to be heard. We heard the person in the room to our left snoring. You could hear conversations in the room to the right. It sounded like elephants were above us all week.

Not as clean as I hoped. Dusty furniture, drawers were dusty, there was a hole in one of the sheets, linens were so wrinkled. Wasn't worth the price paid.

Some outlets in the room did not work, it was inconvenient to use electronic devices.

When I arrived I was told the room I paid for was not available. Staff was extremely rude. When I said the room did not have toiletries I was told there was nothing they could do u til the next day. Staff was horrible!

The cleanliness and the breakfast and the location

Excellent service. They booked another couple into my room at midnight. The front desk straightened it out. The next day they comped the room. They took care of their mistake.

Water pressure in the shower was extremely low. I expressed this at checkout and received the response: "Oh, it was?". this response was disappointing.
