Rockview Hotel Castle Rock Downtown

I liked the area it was in and the ease of access into the hotel

I rented two rooms, room one, door didn’t quite close unless you slammed it, little bit dirty in some areas. Second room, the door either didn’t lock or did lock but it was somewhat random. On top of that the shower didn’t even work in the second room.

Clean very clean room

Area and parking lot a little sketchy. Maybe more lights and less homeless.

Was super cozy especially after the Renaissance festival

The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet despite being on a busy corner, good windows. I basically just needed a place to sleep.

Barely any water pressure in the shower. Rooms are very sparce (no table with chairs as shown). The breakfast was a donut. Not much security, the side door propped open most of the time.

Basic things in the room...

The sink was broken and there was no hot water, the hot water knob just came off and no way to turn it. The phone usb outlets did not work when you tried to use it.

I try to check in at 3:00 am I was calling waiting at the lobby for almost 1 hour nobody help me I loss my reservation I paid for nothing and I tried to check today at 6:00pmand the stuff told me my reservation it's going and she say she can't do it anything about it I'm really upset

Our room was comfortable and the staff were great, especially Kevin. We had our dog and this was definitely a dog friendly place. We also were towing a trailer and there was plenty of room to park. Kevin helped us park right outside our room. Castle Rock is a great town!

Smoke detector in the hall was beeping the entire time. Staff said they were waiting on the repair and person.

Easy to get to/from.

No soap. Bed looked like it was not completely made. Heater was exceptionally loud. Broken fixtures. Needed a good dusting.

Close to downtown Castle Rock beds comfortable

No breakfast. The TV wasnt available. Loud neighbors and their dog.

I canceled my reservation and didnt stay the night but I was still charged.

The price was very affordable for me and my family, and was spacious enough to where we all felt comfortable. The room was clean, and was put together nicely when we arrived.

The shower we used was broken, and there were a few stains on our sheets, but nothing too terrible.

Shower head squirted everywhere and mold on the shower curtain.

Not a lot of things actually....

I stayed here recently, and I have to say, the smell in the room and the hallway was awful—a weird mix between feet and smoke. It didn’t feel clean at all. The walls and carpet were yellowed from what I assume is old smoke stains, and the sofa looked so grimy that I didn’t even want to sit on it. The bed sheets were the only place that seemed decently clean, but even those had a couple of odd blurs on them, which was unsettling.The bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. Everything was old, and the water pressure was terrible. It took forever to even wash my hands properly. As for breakfast—what a joke. There was almost nothing available, just a few items that didn’t look appealing.While the price was reasonable, the overall experience wasn’t worth it. To top it all off, we were woken up at 7 a.m. by five policemen with rifles, looking for someone in the building. Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning.I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re out of other options.

Super friendly staff, they helps us with our booking since we wanted to book online to obtain a lowest price but it was past 12:00pm and they kindly help us. Clean simple room, quiet, basic breakfast, we’re grateful we find this option in cattle rock in the middle of the night, most of the other hotels charge almost double since it wasn’t posible to book online due the hour (the systems consider after midnight the reservation for the next day)

Smell of smoke,even though we are advised during booking that this was a nonsmoking property. We cancelled stay and are still waiting to be reimbursed by OYO corporate.

It was cheap and available

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, the room wasn't cleaned properly... trash on the floor, dirty mirror, stained bed and sheets, curtains, and even the lamp shade, room phone was filthy , mold in the a/c, tub was damaged

It looked freshly painted

The last was grouchy. There was blood on the white bedspread. The check in lady have is the key to a room that was occupied. That was awkward!!!. Went back down to tell her and she found us an unoccupied room. It smelled like cigarette smoke and mutterings Marijuana even though every room door datos non-smoking.
