Location was convenient

Carpet was not clean, there was food chunks on the floor. It had not been vacuumed.

Basic breakfast.Needs to be updated and Needs a restaurant and bar. Non refundable pet fee

We were charged for a room to be told that our room was sold to someone else. And was told good luck finding somewhere else to stay. Never again.

The location

Some staff were slow to respond to an issue with broken remote for shade in room and we could not close for our first night stay, other staff responded more courteously and prompt to other needs during our 3 day stay

I am a snob and stay in 5 star hotels. In Castle Rock, there were only 3 star hotels. This was exceptional! Staff was excellent. Room was comfortable. Towels and hot water plentiful. Breakfast served. Great price too!!! Should get another star!

No. The breakfasts each day were good. I opted to not have maid service to help shortages of employees and to cut down on water usage. All was good.

Nice, spacious clean room and excellent friendly service at check-in.

Bed was comfortable. Able to park motorcycle under the front porch which gave it protection from the rain. White noise feature on the a/c unit allowed us to block out traffic noise.

Room was not vacuumed when we arrived. We asked to have it vacuumed; and were given the vacuum cleaner and asked to do it ourselves. Cleaning staff didn't speak English. Hotel is located right next to the highway, so there's lots of traffic noise.

The electric curtains, quick blackout mode. The roomy bathroom, the front desk staff.

Kitchen staff, no morning coffee, oj ran out, could not eat hot breakfast selection, gluten and dairy intolerant would have a tough time with their hot breakfast! Pile of junk waterheaters in parking area and pile of nails. Broken ice machine & bath fan.

The hotel was newly renovated, breakfast was excellent and the staff at the front desk was amazing and super friendly. I had an issue with my reservation and Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and accommodating.

Could use a little cleanup outside some trash around and broken flood light need xtra maintenance man but I understand hard to find someone willing to work

The shower leaked all over the floor,no towels for day 2 ,requested a WAKEUP CALL DID NOT CALL. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Clean , predictable

Next to a corrections center , not an ideal location .

The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was under construction. We had a hard time getting our bags in as a construction vehicle was blocking the only ramp to the only door available to ennter . Also , it was next to a corrections facility , that would hand been nice to know .

The location of this hotel is very convenient to Denver and Colorado springs, lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

They were practicing on demand maid service which I did not like, and they did not have the breakfast that was advertised, instead they had a muffin granola bar and yogurt.

Location is close to mall and restaurants

Close to interstate and noisy if you¿re sensitive to that.

Staff was very nice

Rooms are very outdated- expected more from Hampton. Also our room was right near the highway even though it was clearly not busy with only a handful of cars in the parking lot
