Ice cold pool, over charged, key to door did not work

The staff is friendly if you see any! The location is great it is just down the street from all the food and shopping in town!

The light in the bathroom in the pool area didn¿t work, and the hot tub was down (it was our deciding factor on booking the hotel because it had a pool & hot tub!)

Staff was so kind, and the room (though maybe needing a little update) was comfortable and clean. The location was great for getting anywhere! Will stay again.

The young man working the night shift was very polite and helpful. Check in was pleasant and fast. Our room was awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone passing through.

Nice setup for breakfast with spacious room and many choices. The staffer in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Hot tub was not functioning.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Breakfast options were very good. Hotel is very close to I-70 and has a very well lit parking lot.

My only complaint is the workout room and equipment is in very poor condition.

The desk seemed understaffed. We¿ve stayed many times at this hotel and have loved it, but this time we were disappointed at the increased room cost and the additional $10 for our 15 year old. It was a rough start to the stay which was acceptable.

The staff was very friendly. I honestly felt like they were happy to help me which is very much appreciated.

I didn’t feel as if proper precautions were being taken to prevent the spread of covid-19. I always felt a little uneasy in common areas as staff and patrons weren’t required or even asked to wear masks. I felt the same way in my room

Hotel is very average.

Room had a pet odor and several moths were flying around in the room. There was a refrigerator in our room however it was not on or cold so it took a long time to get cold for our food to be stored.

It was close to our family reunion venues. the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. the computer and printer allowed me to print driving directions to the locations. the room was very clean. the staff at the hotel were very friendly.

Very good clean rooms was our best hotel on our whole vacation. We had a lady making the omelet's for us in the morning. Also, a helper there that was taking care of the breakfast room too. We had a 2 Queen bed with sofa bed. Plenty of room.

One of the washers was broken. That was the only problem with this hotel. There was a total of 2 washers and 2 dryers. Might want to add some more. We had 3 people in there at once trying to use everything.

The hotel was totally fine, clean, nice staff

It was so loud! I could hear babies crying, kids' footsteps running around in their rooms at midnight, even sounded like I could hear the buzz of someone's cell-phone or alarm clock on vibrate through the wall. The walls are very thin. Bring earplugs!

If your headed to Denver you better stop here. Great hotel with a great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend the breakfast. Very reasonable on price compared to Denver.

The mattresses were very very firm, no one slept well, I don't think the queen size beds were queen sized, maybe full sized.
