The Coffe was great

The first room they put me and my wife in for are anaversary was a complete mess the bathroom looked like they were remodeling and never cleaned up the second room wasn’t much better the tv stand was falling very disappointing

Surprised by $100 deposit & $19 resort fee

Not much

The hotel seems old. The decor seems outdated, the carpet is gross, the room is boring. For the price it isn’t worth the stay.

You think you book a good deal then they stick you with a $20 resort fee for two 8 oz bottles of water and use of Internet.

Toilet seat broken, no hot water and drain plug didnt stay up in tub

The location.

The first hotel room we checked into the lights were flickering and did not work. The second room they put us into smelled like smoke and had the windows open to try and vent the smell out. The third room they put us into the shower head did not work.

There expensive to watch any movie it was $25 you couldn't watch tv on your own streaming device they force you to watch and buy through them

Front desk guy was very rude and the cleaning staff were knocking on the door waking us up at 830 in the morning

Cold. Far away. Key fab stupid

My hotel room didn't have heat it was cold and the hotel manager couldn't accommodate me with another room. For the price I had to pay for the room and couldn't get any accommodations. This was the worst experience I have had.

Location

The bathroom sink was clot, the bathroom cabinet doors were broken,the sheet had melted candy on them.

It smelled like urine . None of the staff cared . None of them did anything about my complaint.

Free parking, casino

Air conditioner and refrigerator didn't work. The hotel is like a maze trying to find your room, the parking garage, etc.

Receptionist, extremely aggresive, called security on me and i was escorted to my room

Hotel was clean and well located in the city of Black Hawke...Parking was free and free Keurig coffee was offered in room.

Staff was pretty ehh. We were given keys to our room and had to go up and back down 3 times to have someone come help us open the doors since our keys weren't working. I would stay at the Ameristar hotel instead- they have a pool!!

It was at the casino and good price

The staff The housekeeping knocked once and opened the door at 8am before checkout. The coffee machine didn?t work and the room had 1 towel.

Comfortable bed, great pillows, nice shower, up-to-date decor, good price. First time staying but I?ll be back.

No hot tub or pool

This property has a resort fee, and I was told it was to pay for the amenities, such as refrigerator, coffee maker, and so on. However, the hotel had no gym, no microwave oven, and the refrigerator was several decades old.
