Location was prime and the staff w were very friendly! hotel employee was very warm and personable upon check in and really set the mood for our stay!

Gambling and front desk person was amazing.

Dash cafe register person is completely rude. She needs a new job. The cook was very friendly and helpful

3 night stay and we only got 1 towel each for 3 days.

Casino and restaurants attached

Air conditioner sucked, even after maintenance fixed it. They just gotta update the cooling systems for the rooms.

We were told bedsheets were not available before we checked in, but we found out even room was not clean after previous use. We had no option coz, it was 1130pm and we were returning from rockies. For that we got rebate of 50usd but all in all not good.

Worst bed ever in all of our hotel stays. The coffee pot shorted out the room and could only be used in the bathroom. They brought a 2nd...same issue. The room had issues. Always love having to plug in the lamps to use them. Skip this hotel!

The bathroom lights kept going off; maintenance came and said it was breaker that kept tripping g. Shower door was broken and did not slide. Holes in wall where towel bar was replaced. Elevators were filthy. Could not regulate heat. Very disappointed

It was very clean with nice furnishings. It had restaurants and a casino. There was plenty of free parking.

Clean room friendly staff

There is not enough parking at this hotel when there is a big event People were parked in no parking zones including me and I am handicapped. If there was a fire, fire engines couldn¿t get through.

Coffee n fridge in room. Very clean . Beds comfortable. Easy check in and out.easy access to shuttle. Staff pleasant. Informative. Coffee and soft drink bar in casino.

No Kleenex in bathroom. Only one chair for two people! Soap terrible. Hard ,no suds,like laundry soap. !

The staff was really nice

The sink in the bathroom was broken. Shower had dirt in it.

Clean friendly and quiet. Until I received a knock on my door early next morning by a woman who said she stayed in our room night before us and wanted to come in and find something she left by our window/outside door. First off how did she get to floor

How did the person who stayed in my room have access to my floor. Shouldn't her room key gave been voided once she checked out? Very disturbing

I was given a room without power, toels, and bedding. Had to call desk and go all the way back down to desk to get moved to a different room.

Wonderful beds

Grouchy security man at casino entrance. Not willing to answer questions about vicinity.

Food was good.

The staff told my granddaughters that they did not have a pool but they could go over to the Monarch and swim, when they tried they we told in no circumstance that they could as they were not affiliated.

THE LOCATION

IN THE SEVEN DAYS WE WERE THERE, OUR ROOM WAS ONLY SERVICED ONE TIME. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT BOOK FOR MORE THAN FIVE DAYS NORMALLY. THE COMBINATION CLOSET AND BATHROOM DOOR WAS ATROCIOUS. DID NOT LIKE THIS HOTEL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Nice pillows

There was a surprise resort fee upon arrival, however there isn¿t even a pool so I would love to know the definition of resort. This was a basic to average hotel room that also went down in price not two hours after I checked in to nearly half the price.

Wasn¿t aware of the credit card only deal ... or the $75 dollar holding fee , Wasn¿t able to get snacks from front desk because the guy said he didn¿t have a register ... I¿ve always had snacks added to my room but I was told it wasn¿t possible.

Staff was rude room was horrible and they would grant refund. Did not stay the night
