The staff are the friendliest I have experienced. They are also very helpful for folks who don't know the area. Breakfast and kitchen staff A Plus!!!

Everything was great except rooms need full length mirrors or at least a mirror in the common area of the room.

Rooms were very nice, modern and Clean. Mattresses were too soft and pillows were too soft. Overall the stay was excellent, peaceful quiet nice area.

I think there is an automatic air freshener throughout the hotel. The perfume like smell was overwhelming.

Great get away from the bay area at very reasonable price with excellent accommodations. breakfast was great. Hot tub was exactly what I needed for a good relaxing evening. Location is excellent with town of Winters nearby (source of excellent dining) plus hiking at Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve...super beautiful area.

Food and staff were great

Beds were terrible and corners were cut to save cost and it was very apparent

The breakfast was about 5/10! It was nice for it to be included with your stay though!

The bathroom door made alot of noise when you open and close it but it wasn’t such a big deal!

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. They had a great breakfast with a lot of options and the staff was very kind. It’s very surprised at how many options and warm food they had available for free breakfast. The overnight receptionist with gray blonde hair and glasses was extremely helpful and warm. And so was the kitchen staff during breakfast. I came when breakfast was ending and some of the items were low. And she still made some extra hot food for me to enjoy. Was very thankful for that.

Nothing we loved everything

Staff were nice. Property clean.

When we walked into our room we noticed the room door was coming off its hinges making the door hard to open and close. The screws were pulling out of the wall. Our TV was not working. Someone had pulled all the plugs out of the TV. We could not get it to work. Very frustrating!

Been email and receipts to booking.com nobody returns any information I was charged twice for this room I like to have some money back last time I'm using booking.com first time last time I'm done

THE BAGELS AND MILKS ETC SECTION WAS GREAT.

THE GREASY CROISSANTS WITH HAM AND EGG WERE NASTY AND THROWN OUT ONCE BACK AT THE TABLE, SORRY ABOUT THAT.
