Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor - Sonoma Wine Country

Full breakfast. Kids loved the waffle machine and western omelets were tasty. Room was comfortable, quiet on the 3rd floor even though we were directly above the pool. Staff were kind and accommodating. Pool was clean, seating in sun and shade.

Our out-of town guests loved the hotel. They visit regularly and they said this was their finest stay in Wine Country. Will be using and recommending your Hotel for all future visitors.

Small quibble. Not enough waffle machines. Had to wait and then the line was too long. Great waffles.

The breakfast was not good. No real healthy choices. Our blinds were broken. The front desk staff was not very warm upon our greeting.Outside of the breakfast these things could be a one off.

Spacious room which was recently remodeled. Very comfortable bed. Staff was absolutely great! Hampton Inn and Suites has become our go-to hotel.

While the pool was open by appointment, the hot tub was not, due to COVID concerns. Thinking staff could have regulated use of the hot tub by assigning it by appointment. Understandable that they had concerns about monitoring use.

The hotel room was clean

A breakfast was advertised. We arrived to pick up breakfast with an hour left for the breakfast time. They were out of almost everything. The front desk agent was not apologetic and demonstrated an attitude of “tough luck” Poor customer service.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, staff. We have stayed here several times and always comeback when in the area. Close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, etc.

they gave us the room closest to the freeway. i did ask for a quiet room.

Room very poor standard. We were put into a room for ADA. It was not in good shape. I would have preferred a standard room.
