    Pros +

    • The valet went above and beyond to help us. Literally this was the only positive aspect of this stay. This is a 1 star hotel cosplaying as a 4 star. Plus an extra $116 in additional fees on top of the $--- this room cost for 1 night. Total RIPOFF.
    • The excellent customer service from everyone. We were treated like royalty from the door person, receptionists to the room cleaners. They always had a contagious smile that brightened up our daily mornings.
    • The location and the people that worked there

    Cons -

    • extremely loud, paper thin walls, was woken up every 30 minutes due to doors in the hallway slamming, unhelpful and rude staff at the front desk
    • The 70 $valet and there was mo where else to park. There was a roach at the door of the zoom. The toilet is jammed between the shower and sink and there is no room to move
    • It sounded like there was a bowling alley above our room. It was so loud we got maybe 2 total hours of sleep. Avoid room 218 like the plague.

Valet only parking. Wanted a cheaper parking for not using our car during the stay.

The entire building smells like a mid 20th century office building with mold problems. ALSO: BEWARE: Don?t boom here if you actually want to sleep well! Starting at midnight they crank up really loud live DJ dance music and you WILL hear it in your room.

The location and the people that worked there

It took awhile to get hot water when I showered. It must be old plumping.

    10GloriPosted on: 8-27-2024

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast on site.

    7DawnPosted on: 7-19-2024

It's a party hotel. Loud Music. I had to move rooms for an extra $30 per night charge. Valet was too expensive $65 per night. You have to "request" maid service or they don't replace towels or make the bed.

    The style

The room was super loud you could hear people on the other side of the wall and stomping above all night it was awful. The room was tiny. There were not enough outlets.

    The location and theme.

Alan in reservations provided the worst service. I¿m assuming he thought by lying over the phone about approving a cancellation it would not come back to him. But I was trying to rebook the same Room the hotel for the next night. Still no refund as promis

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-24-2024

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

I had a double bed room that was very dark with a view of weeds and a dumpster. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations and every footstep of people above. The man at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. He seemed angry and annoyed.

The deposit for incidental is way too high. No one should be paying $150 a night for a deposit for three nights so over $400 and holds.

Yeah, that deposit for incidentals is too high excessive $50 a night. Is plenty.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-27-2023

Location across from the Comedy Store and walking distance to restaurants. Easy driving distance to Melrose and Macy's and Bloomingdales shopping center. The heated saltwater pool is a major plus. Now this is a bit of a hipster hotel.

The price for food was too high (oatmilk and granola for $17???) Happy Hour had no vegan snack options. I recommend chips or pita and hummus, or Daiya cheese pizza.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-7-2023

    Good location.

Insane ¿resort¿ fees for motel ¿amenities¿ on top of a $120 a DAY deposit. Pool is cold and the pool parties are incredibly loud in every room. Must request housekeeping service 24 hours in advance. Drop the amenity fee. You are a motel, not a resort.

This was a unique hotel with a lovely pool and entertainment every night. I liked the staff the best. The breakfast was awesome although a bit pricey. Our service from Gabby, the dining room server, Chance, the manager and Nick, the valet were exceptional

I did not like that the room was not cleaned and made up every day.

    10DarioPosted on: 5-25-2023

    The location only

Yes on Friday and Saturday you can hear the music to laud the building don¿t have not sound proof in the apartments on that special room and on top one more thing y that I pay for everything but I was charged 150 dollars for I don¿t know

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-6-2023

The Staff was very friendly and vibrant.

There were ants in my room- It is presented / marketed as a four star hotel, but it most certainly is not. Not worth the money as there are plenty of four stars hotels in the area that provide a much better stay.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-19-2022

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms have paper-thin walls and floors. This is one of the loudest hotels I¿ve ever stayed at - I could hear every door shut in the hallway, the neighbor¿s TV, footsteps, etc.

    3GeorgePosted on: 2-6-2022

The hotel was under construction. No advance notice. So no restaurant or front entrance access for my girlfriend who has trouble walking up the giant hill. The hotel was filthy. The rooms weren¿t clean. The halls were trashed. Disgusting.
