room size and flexibility

most continental breakfasts are sub par. i dont have time to eat generally, be it in the hotel or aoiut of it during mornings. from my details you can see how little breakfast contributes to scoring

Location was great for an easy trip to and from Legoland, target and wendys

The carpet in the room was kind of gross, stained. One of the female employees was very hard to understand because she spoke quickly, quietly and kind of mumbled.

Yeah the maid woke me up by tapping on the doors at 9 am way before checkout

Energy efficient. Turns off lights when in the shower.

The breakfast. Everything tasted like the people that prepared it didn't give a damn. Orange and apple juice tasted like water as if they just wanted to give the appearance of the container being full. Thank God for Wendy's.

Front Desk personnel very helpful and friendly. Overall hotel cleanliness, very clean.

I understand that room cleaning is every other day, but when the room occupants ask no cleaning required on the scheduled day of cleaning due, to circumstances, the next day should be a follow up for cleaning. We had no room service for our 4 night stay.

Easy free parking, very clean, comfortable bed and room, big rooms, free breakfast with lots of choices.

Breakfast eggs were freshly made but gross and crumbly. Also I tried to get change for a $20 bill from the front desk but they said it?s cashless. Front desk is shared with the bar and coffee bar. How do they not have change?

Front Desk Staff was EXCELLENT

I was placed in a Disabled Room with subpar non walk-in shower. The Breakfast, which is normally an A+ was a D- ALL 3 DAYS ! Eggs were HORRIFIC all 3 mornings.

The room was worn, floor had stains, walls were marked up

The location and an interaction with an employee. There was a situation that threatened the safety of my family & other guest of the hotel that she addressed the day after. I was appreciative of her but had issues with the staff.

There was a $34.88 adjustment that should have been fixed but the staff did not correct even with the quote being in writing. The manager hasn¿t replied to my email or note left at front desk. Poor service.

1) Room clean up service is not daily it is only for every 4th day. 2) same people in front desk are doing breakfast service- so food at breakfast are not replenished quickly. if you call front desk at this time -you won't get anyone to take phone call.

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast too notch.

This is really off the beaten path. Be prepared to drive if you are thinking it¿s right off the freeway¿it¿s not.

The front staff was friendly.

Room condition was too old and smelled bad. In particular, the sofa bed was not flat, which made it uncomfortable. Moreover, the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and the water temperature in the jacuzzi was too cold. The breakfast was also cold and tasteless.

Large, comfortable room, lovely breakfast with variety every day. Large windows, optional heat or A/C for guest to adjust, pool, adequate parking, nice lobby sitting area, staff polite.

No room safe, hotel in area of all pharmaceutical companies and housing developments, in four nights many different staff. One or two better. Never got wake-up call day of my flight!!! Staff poor at giving directions -unfamiliar with area. BED TOO HIGH !!

Friendly and clean.

We stayed 4 nights, each AM I went to front desk and told them about the time we would like to have our room made up. On the 3 day I asked at the front desk and it didn't get taken care of. When we got home at night we asked for clean towels.Fast service.

Updated, cleanliness, courteous staff. No issues with my experience at all

BREAKFAST NON-EXISTENT BY 9:30AM, ROOM FOR SENIOR FEMALE SHOULD NOT BE PLACED 1)NEAR END OF HALL EXIT DUE TO SAFETY REASONS, AND, 2) SINGLE SENIOR FEMALE'S ROOM SHOULD NOT BE SELECTED ACROSS FROM NOISY FAMILY W/ CHILDREN RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS.

Cleanliness, looked, smelled, and felt clean

Breakfast is okay and pretty standard. Appreciate that it was available.
