Vallejo Inn

Took over an hour to be able to reach someone at front desk, wound up leaving and staying at a different hotel. Multiple people on drugs were yelling and throwing things infront. A random man breathing heavy on balcony was staring at us outside during.

You cannot checkin without a Cash deposit, falsely advertised their location with a private parking area. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. 0/10 experience. We couldn’t stay there and they kept our money and refuse to refund our stay.

Close to everything.

Lots of nighttime activity. Dangerous outside on weekends anywhere surrounding the property.

We left.

The sheet in the comforter was dirty. There was hair on them. There was stains on them. The towels were dirty. I asked for new tiles those were dirty. The floor had stains on them. There were cobwebs. The manager rude. He charged us extra for the room.

Cleanliness

ADA roll in shower had no curtain. Using wheelchair to access caused wheelchair to be drenched. ADA bench had been removed and made showering difficult. I don't understand why toilet paper holder was on opposite wall, not convenient.

The service was the worst, the room was dirty had lots of dust on lamps, tv, mirror, the carpet wasn?t vacuumed and it?s very stained. They had sign of extra charges yet the room wasn?t clean

The manager just will not appreciate people who stay for many nights months really. Hes not even got the a smile on his face once in all the time ive been staying rest of the staff is great i have one more night paid for on feb.22 after never again ever..

Terrible stay. Hotel agents are rude and nasty they refuse to clean or fix any issues. Bedsheets had blood on them. Dirty bathroom, rooms not fully clean beef jerky from the last tenant was found unacceptable. Owner refuses to fix issues.

Owner refuses to fix sanitation issues. We were given dirty towels bedsheets each time the owner was rude.

The location to six flags

Its says not smoking but we had to switch rooms the smell of smoke. Second room was less smokey, not good if you have asthma.

It listed breakfast but there was none. They couldn't get the tv to work and the shower door was not properly installed do I had to leave it ajar while I bathed. Would never ever stay here again. Also bad neighborhood and staff was semi rude

Everything in the room was new and fresh. Simple, pleasing decor. Lovely people and very helpful. Close to the Vallejo Ferry.

Parking was difficult.

There were no chairs in the room , had to sit on beds ! No place to put luggage except floor ! There was no breakfast as advertised , NOT EVEN COFFEE ! Car with no handicap placard was parked in the only handicapped parking spot !

Parking was terrible, staff was rude, booked a king bed and they gave me two fulls, area was full of homeless that kept asking for money when I went out for a cigarette, the room smelled horrible, the power went out several times, sink did not drain.

Room had a funny odor. It looked clean but smelled funny.

Clean and newly renovated hotel. Staff were courteous friendly and informative. Would stay again if in area to use ferry to cross to San Francisco.

Near busy street but close to Vallejo ferry terminal. Coffee ok but tea choices better, just danish no fruit for breakfast offered.
