Hampton Inn Vallejo

Allowed generous late checkout, Shuttle to and from Six Flags even after check out. As well as also allowed vehicle parking for the day and secure luggage storage while we went to Six Flags.

friendly staff, location and price

Location from the theme park. The price wasn't to bad considering the day of the week and location.

Shampoo was empty and the bed left me sore in the morning.

Clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and spa area.

The only issue was we asked for more bedding and it never came.

Clean, safe, everything worked, friendly staff, great breakfast. Walkable to Six Flags.

Only one functional elevator for large hotel.

The buffet, hotel employee was great. Front desk staff was also great.

This Hotel was clean and very close to Discovery Kingdom (walking distance). The breakfast is free and it was so good! There is a pool and gym, also washers to wash your clothes! Very good experience !

The bathroom sinks' drain was really slow, the AC didn't work, and there was this weird "ping" sound every 10 minutes or so. I think the sound was related to the AC...

Room was nice

Staff was horrible I called saying I was arriving at 2 Am They replied you cannot arrive at that time as we do the nightly audit then Do I had to speed around the Bay Area to make it by 145 New agent at the front desk tried to double charge me

The breakfast was awesome, my kids loved it. The hotel, pool, and grounds are so clean and nice. The staff is polite and helpful.

My vehicle was broken into and luggage stolen in the hotel's parking lot.

My room was facing the busy street so it was noisy with all the cars passing by. Disruptive when trying to rest and sleep.

The construction near the building - noisy at times. Light in the bathroom would turn off after a minute when I was in the shower (light sensored). Very annoying to have to step out every few minutes.

Pool and hot tub area, breakfast ¿¿ Very close to Starbucks, olive garden, chic filet, Dennys. Six flags is walking distance but it's walk. U can park and have six flags shuttle.

It's a very bad area unfortunately. Vallejo is worst now than ever. Beware they will jack yo stuff.

The front desk customer service was exemplary. Kind, compassionate and helpful.

Not enough light (overhead).

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond. Friendly, but not familiar.

Request to stay on top floor. Other guests may wear cement shoes.
