Bad area. Noisy at night, No shower curtain. TV did not work and had to be replaced

Nothing probably the worst experience I?ve had at a hotel

Everything had to switch rooms three time; first room had someone living in it. Second room the door wouldn?t lock cause door jam was bent. Third room was dirty killed a couple roaches. Tv missing power cord. People working on their car in drivewaly

NOthing this should'nt be on your website this is'nt a public hotel . It seems to be a transit for homeless people hotel and why im i paying a fee to be deeply disturbed and uncomfortable in a strange place.

The television did'nt work i had to share a bed with my adult son , after requesting two beds on the website, and there were roaches all around the room , and a broken balcony door, there was not a breakfast included as stated online.

Extremely dirty inside and out. Bugs, broken furniture/fixtures, stained, molded bedding, cigarette burns throughout the bedding/mattresses, marks and holes all over the walls. There was a clear smell of smoke and marijuana in every room.

That I didn't actually have to stay there.

The pictures on the website do not show the actual room. They gave away our reservation. I showed up at midnight with my autistic daughter after a 15 hour car ride. The parking lot was full of homeless drug addicts. I had to find another room. Not Happy!

99% of everything about the hotel was horrible

It was all dirty. I couldn¿t sleep in the first room and even the ones I stayed in were terrible. I saw some people staring at the stair case in their hands and smelling like the just smoked some bad stuff.

I didn¿t like anything about the place. There also a bullet hole on the glass outside the front desk.

It's 2 minutes from freeway.

Parking area was unkept (weeds, trash, unswept). Two homeless people and their belognings were hanging out in the lobby. The receptionist guy was totally tattoes; his girlfriend in a hoodie over her head was behind the counter with him. Marijuana smell.

None hotel it¿s filthy trash everywhere

This hotel looks like it¿s for homeless or homeless leave their kids running all night everywhere people walking outside loud music and I not recommend this place

Do not stay here. Room was so disgusting and dirty. There was trash from prev.person. Sheets were stained and dirty. Drug deals. This hotel needs to be investigated/closed. Staff was unclear who they were. People living in hotel.

This facility is in serious need of maintenance from paint to replacing damaged doors, exhaust fan, flooring, light fixtures, furniture, bed sheets and overall cleaning. I believe this facility must be designed to get the homeless off the streets.

Go this hotel was filthy, unprofessional and just not a good option for anyone. Our room was out of toilet paper. Had one towel for two people, the floors were sticky, walls covered in dirty whatever substances. The sink faucet was broken and coming off.

Clean beds, hot water.

No where to park, lot had nine vehicles that were inoperable, wrecks, no wheels, flat tires, broken glass scattered the parking lot, trash scattered everywhere, the smell of tobacco and marajuana everywhere in the rooms and hallways. No breakfast,

Elevators being broken is fairly inconvenient.

Elevator did not work, I am handicapped. Unsavory persons hanging around, dope dealers coming in to speak with desk clerk, felt in serious danger while waiting for another uber to go to another hotel. This hotel needs to be closed down.
