staff did not look up my reservation & there were ppl blocking the walkway to the room. the stovetop was broken, tv remote didnt work, i wasnt allowed to park certain parking spot by another resident & requested change rooms they refused to

it has two beds.

It was so dirty, the wifi didn't work.its not even in napa The towels had stains. The bathroom walls had stains. Someones old watch case was in the shower. The shower curtains were dirty. It REEKED of ciggerates. When we left even our bags smelled.

Not much.

By far the most dirty hotel I have ever been in. The Place had cockroaches and a bunch of other bugs. All the countertops were dirty. Dirty stained walls and a bad odor in the room not to mention very poor lighting. The restroom looked like it hadn’t been touched in years. The shower was extremely dirty especially the floor.

Cheap motel. Adequate for one person overnight. No soap in the bathroom. Bed was ok.

Neighborhood noisy. Someone revving up motor and setting off fireworks past 1:00AM

That the other front desk guy hit me with a metal pipe he hid in the bushes about 4wks ago.

The price for the stay is reasonable and the rooms are clean and spacious . I travel with my dog and there's plenty of space to walk him . I enjoyed interacting with all of the staff who made sure my stay was comfortable. Over all the location, friendly atmosphere and the amenities made it hard to want to stay anywhere else.

I had zero complaints. This establishment has really tightened up on their policies so the atmosphere here was very peaceful and quiet.

I liked the size of the rooms. The open space around the motel was perfect for walking my dog. The location is conveniently near a 711 , McDonald's, Starbucks and a gas station with Krispy Chicken inside, offering options for dining.

There was a little wear and tear in the room from previous guests, but the staff was more than helpful in accommodating my needs.

I didn’t like nothing from the hotel

The facility it’s a complete mess the rooms they’re nasty completely not usable and the main thing is customer service. It doesn’t really exist. They don’t know that name customer service and the rooms they’re nasty. I will never recommend anybody staying there cause it was really bad experience with all the cucarachas all the animals all the really bad smell in the room, no I will never recommend it to anybody

I like the back porch part but could use some cleaning.

The room smelt like old cigarettes the walls was nasty never cleaned. The floors was cleaned, the bedding had a toothpick in it obviously was changed. The fridge and microwave gross the WiFi sucked. My son arm gotten chewed out they have bugs my son was waking up all night screaming. They just half ass everything don't bother wasting money at this place. Needs health inspectors involved.

Bed spread had a hole in it and several stains.

The manger Jesse was really understanding and respectful and listens to me when I first arrive there was some issues.he took the time out and made things better I felt safe at night and felt like they really did care about our stay.out of all the hotels in Vallejo if ur a normal person this is the best place family setting no illegal activities loudly speaking people all night I will recommend coming here

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Apparently the place has a new owner and is updating it, but I had an un-updated room that was a bit worn and shabby. Bed fair. Was pretty clean, just worn. Also, a lot of freeway noise and thumping from the room above at all hours.

It was close to my house and I had a room available on the spot

The bed was extremely uncomfortable the refrigerator made a horrible noise all night long there were holes in the walls and it smells funny in the room oh and there was not one garbage can in the room at all

Easy to find. beds somewhat soft.

wrong room, filthy rooms, holes in the walls, unsafe cabled dangling, stained towels and bedding, cigarette burned bedding, cigarette smoke smelling room when non smoking was requested, and a lot of junk yard stuff in the back parking lot from tenants living there full time, loud people and noises all night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. bad experience. Careless staff.

The staff was SUPER nice during our visit. Our room was a nice size.

We didn't like the beds in our room...to hard. The room had a little patio but it had cigarette butts from prior guests.

They gave me back my deposit

Absolutely disgusting facility. The carpet, walls, furniture, and sheets were stained. People are definitely living in the premises and it’s filthy. I felt so mislead- this place made my skin crawl.

OMG please do not stay here

The place was disgusting. On arriving I had to step over dog poo as the check in person had his digs tied up. On getting into the room, each wall had been decorated in crayon, there was a hole in a wall, the shower was held together by electrical tape. If I had been homeless, I would not have stayed here. On getting the laundry key, I had to climb over socks underwear left on the laundry floor,. Never mind the smell of weed, one room playing drum and bass at full volume and a young lady passed out in a car because of either drugs or alcohol or both. If there had been a zombie apocalypse happening, I would take my chance amongst the zombies then ever stay in this hotel ever again.
