Pool was out of order but they are sharing access with the neighboring hotel.

I forgot the name of the young man at the front desk but he did a excellent job. He was very friendly and engaging! He told me about the hotel rewards plan and I was happy to sign up.

Called prior to check in to request a bathtub room. At check in had to wait 15 minutes at front desk as no one was there. Didn't get a room with a bathtub. Room didn't even have an extra chair to relax on.

Staff was friendly. Location was good

Breakfast was sad. No pancakes or waffles. Coffee had grounds in it and there was no flavored creamer. Shower dripped all night. Fridgerator didnt have a freezer area. No tub!

Breakfast was a bummer. Watered down juice. No food available most of the time. Staff not helpful. They chemical shocked the pool right before check in making the pool uncomfortable.

It was okay. Clean and comfortable. The exercise room was in a sister hotel just across the parking lot, so it was workable.

I booked a room with a desk area and 400SF. The room they gave me was 200sf no desk and smelled of mold. Paid for 400sf got 200sf room!

It was relatively easy to find. Clean. We expected room service after our first night but didn't get it. To be fair, we didn't request it either -- maybe that's required.

Not a whole lot to choose from in regards to places to dine in that particular area. We did enjoy the shops nearby.

The location was close to our family¿s home. We liked that it was close to shopping and food.

I don¿t even know where to start. There was a daily parking fee that I didn¿t see when we booked, the TV in our room was shattered, the pool was cold and our room was not cleaned once in three days.

OUTDATED ROOM...EVEN DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY...VERY OLD

The welcome at the front desk tainted the entire stay.

They try to sneak in a parking charge that is twenty five percent of the room charge! It is dishonest to pull this at the front desk after a reservation is confirmed. If they want to charge extra, they need to be more transparent.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome.

Need to have more chairs to sit in and maybe a small table to eat at.

Our first room was filthy and after getting keys to a second room we were disturbed by someone trying to get in.
