Hotel turned out to be almost across the street from my dentist! Easy to find, easy parking, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast room and food options for breakfast! I am always going to use Quality Inn in Ukiah when I visit there.

Nothing best but very bad experience

I checked in for 1 night, first the room had unpleasant smell. less than 3 hours in we found bedbugs all over on my son’s bed. I went to reception to either switch our room/do something. Was given a new room but was awake all night & felt sick ff morning

This is a great choice for lodging in Ukiah, I have been staying here when working in the Ukiah Area for a very long time, the pool is well kept, and the free hot breakfast and cleaning staff are top's! Very good & improved since the last stay!

Clean , nice decor, welcoming staff

Breakfast was ok. Had waffles, cereal, fruit.

Room had awful smoke smel. Then walked into the bathroom and there was a cocroach in the sink. We got a new room.... But they charged us $30 more and called it an upgrade. It was just as bad. We had to stay though as they do no refunds.

Easy access from 101. Spacious room. Dated but adequate. Water pressure was good.

Breakfast was limited to a small selection of carbs; waffles cereal bread. No eggs, yogurt, etc. Some road noise.

It felt very safe and comfortable. It was clean and quiet as well!

The front desk employee was well spoken and agreed to one of our request to open the pool gate.

There was a pool but not functional and seemed like it wasn?t working since a long time. For breakfast they promised sausages but the cheap owner only served eggs and toast for breakfast for cost cutting.

For the location and price the breakfast was more then just continental.

Room Keys would fail, had to go to office 3 times to get new keys.

I ask for pool hot tub free breakfast was marked they had these things and had none of it

The room was not clean. Stains on couch. Bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper of which were empty. They took the time to fold the last sheet in a triangle for 2 empty rolls.

It was ok. Comfy bed

Charged $2.50 and not telling me what for Room smelled like cigarettes

It was quiet. The hotel is older but everything was clean. I appreciate having a mini fridge in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice and the rooms while modest are always very clean and adequate.

The location isn¿t the best but not dangerous.

Employees friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area. Breakfast was delightful lots of choices. The area was peaceful and quiet. They offer free wifi as well.

To be honest nothing, the stay was wonderful.

Nice smelling room, but more importantly a soft comfortable bed..!

Small parking spaces can get pretty packed quickly on the weekend I would imagine
