they make you give them your personal information for wi-fi, otherwise you must pay for wi-fi. you have already paid for your room, then they want your personal info for wi-fi so they can sell it. very poor taste, boycott Hilton

The location was nice as there was easy access to the highway and for being on a "main" street it was still pretty quiet. It was very clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. There was a nice variety of food offered at the continental breakfast.

Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. We had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for our room to be ready. This was frustrating as we had a function to attend. The staff said the manager was off and he did not have the authority to help or accommodate us.

Excellent location for what we needed. Breakfast was very good.

It was very noisy as our room was close to the pool and there was a large group of kids in it til later hours. (It¿s the end of January and 40 degrees out, why are you in the pool?!) Also, parking is very limited.

Our rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Including the breakfast along with the package deal was a plus.

Room 204 along the noisy Friday night street was not comfortable.

The breakfast was the worst ever for a ---/night hotel. No fresh food. No bananas, or much fruit. Might have had apples but they were in a bowl looked like decoration. For breakfast I expected, eggs, hashbrowns, meat, and waffels. Everything was in a pack

Stayed 1 night on a drive up to the Redwoods. Night & morning staff were extremely courteous & friendly. Conveniently located right next to a Starbucks, Friedman¿s, & Walmart if you need groceries or supplies. Room was very clean. Would100% stay again.

The rooms were big, and had a fire place which was perfect on the chilly night we stayed

Staff was helpful checking in. They recommended some great restaurants in the area. Room was clean.

Elevator shook and made a loud noise when stopping on the second floor. Not the newest hotel room, but didn't feel too old either.

Cleanliness

Check in experience. No one was at front desk. Rang bell & called twice (I could hear the phone ringing)

The housekeeping worked hard & well. They were welcoming & did an excellent job cleaning the room each day. The jetted tub in the room had been completely cleaned, including the jets themselves. Breakfast staff kept up with demands & quickly replenished.

The front desk staff do not greet guests waiting to check in, they do not attend to serious disruptions in the hotel lobby at night. They need more training on customer service and how to give a guest welcoming service. More training on safety as well.

The place was clean as normal and comfortable

The staff was kind of rude and the complimentary breakfast was horrible. What's charge triple for my hotel room and had to fight with them to get my money back

First time we have stayed at a Hampton Court Inn. I was pleasantly surprised with the room, its size, and how it was decorated. Our room overlooked the pool but it was dark when we got there. A very pleasant stay except...

The horrible air conditioning unit in the wall that kept me up most of the night !!!!
