It is not a hotel. It is a crack house and shooting gallery.

Filth, disrepair, drug users living in rooms.

Good value, including location, for the price. The owners are very personable, engaging, and accommodating. The room was clean, the bathroom spotless and equipped with multiple holding bars (racks to avoid slip and fall).

It is not about the hotel. It is about my designation. I am not Mark from Norwalk CT but Mark from California.

No bedside lamps No alarm clock No ice machine The pool had no water which there was no sign of disclosure in the website before booking

Neighbors were loud in the eve. They were quiet after complaining

The lady was nice and did her best to accomodate.

Hotel looks under construction, alot of homeless people around it. When you exit the hotel they are in the street it is a hazard. I was at the hospital in Santa Rosa had to drive an hour to this hotel to find a place that was in my budget.

The price

I was kept up all night during a fight between a couple in the next room. The owner did not apologize, called me a liar, and refused to hear of my complaint. You should disassociate with this property immediately.

Hotel is redoing rooms and no access to ice machine. The pool was green.

The owner/greeter seemed sincere and nice.

It was an electrical fire hazard. It has to be seen to be believable. The carpet had no padding, so when yo walked the plastic squished and the carpet bunched up. The towels were white, but stained. The shower faucet, just gross. T

Nice staff, low price. They are currently renovating many of the rooms. It is your basic budget motel, met my needs fine, low price, hot water, clean but worn room and friendly staff.

The staff was nothing but friendly and professional. I felt bad because I was checking in late but the lady was not angry about being disturbed. We handled business and I was checked in. It was exactly the stay that I needed.

There was no sanitation cover on the toilet when I checked in. This does not mean that it was not cleaned, it just wasnt obvious that it had been cleaned. The sanitation covers reassure you that the toilet has been cleaned.

The front desk people were friendly.They were nice the entire stay.

It seemed they may have overbooked, as they were trying to offer us 1 room, 2 beds.1 room had dirty soap and very dirty washcloth on the sink.One room carpet had plastic under it.Noisy groundskeeping, room construction early AM hours. 7am.

I had a place to sleep

The lady at the front desk, no coffee pot or microwave in room, bed was uncomfortable.

Service was good. Understanding of our service dog, and was willing to be taught about the laws about services animals.

The carpet in the room was in bad need of cleaning or replacement.

Owner was great. Superfriendly and helpful.

Rug was nasty, TV was on the fritz

The room had a refrigerator. We didnt use it, but nice to have. Affordable room, was fine for one night.

Carpet in the room we stayed in could use a cleaning.
