- The front desk was rude, wouldn't even get us a extra pillow or blanket. If I would have known I would have booked different place.
- Tv didnt work. Manager was rude to us for going to our room from the parking lot at 10 pm when we werent even loud
- The bed linens on the bed didn't quite fit and were a little flimsy and the spread was thin. We never touch the spread in notel rooms so it didn't matter.

Convenient, no hassle once room obtained. Easy access to freeway.
Yes the wait to check in and also had to turn in the room key to a child when checking out.

The area was very quite and peaceful!
It was dirty,like they didnt vaccum.and there was like blood spots on the box springs of the bed.Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them.Just not clean
Location of hotel was close to attractions that we were going to visit.
We arrived at 7pm and the room was not ready for check in due to it had not been cleaned. Unable to find my reservation. 3 lights in room were inoperable, hotel staff notified and said they would fix next day. Staff did not fix prior to checkout.

The bed was way to hard for me. Could of been softer. Felt like slept on floor.

Staff was horrible. Went to check in and waited about 5 minutes to get someone to answer and they were yelling at me. There was a curtain on the glass for check in like they wanted not to be bothered horrible place.
Easy access and visibility rooms were good but need to have better quality soaps.
I saw a person roaming around not sure what he wanted.
Everything . The room was dirty. Towels were dirty and had a hair on them. The front desk wanted cash and was hesitant about taking a credit card. The owner was arguing with an indigent person in the parking lot
The location wasn't too bad.
The price changed once I got there. reserved room for 2 days online and when I came back from Six Flags, my stuff was gone because they claimed I only reserved 1 day. Luckily I was able to pay another day and got my stuff back.
It's right off the freeway. Very easy access.
No coffee machine in the room. There were also no clothes hangers.
