Just about everything

Everything was clean, everything worked. No frills, just a room, bed, tv, and bathroom. It was super cheap, so you get what you pay for, but the staff was great and it was closer to the attraction I was there for. I appreciate their great service.

I came from a trip and loved the very cozy and new place, 24 minutes from the universal studio and 27 minutes from the hollywood sign

The hotel and property were very clean, and was perfect for my 5 hour nap between flights.

This hotel is bare bones. No washcloths, no coffee maker, no soap dish, no Kleenex.

It's a small place with newer construction remodeled and low price.

The train is close and missing items in room were phone, clock, and lamps, area rugs, Kleenex, Bible, coffee.

It had nothing in it. No cable, no nightstands, no wash cloths, no nothing. Maybe i don¿t know what motel is

I just needed a place to stay for the night that was close to the airport. This place was no frills, but was exactly what I needed. I didn't have much time in the room itself but it was clean enough.

The check in process was a bit strange as I had to wait for another staff member to finish taking their break to check in, however after waiting 15 minutes or so, the check in went well. No complaints.

So this is one (in not the best) of the best MOTELS I have ever visited in the States. And also even though it's located in Burbank everyting, literally everything interesting in LA area is reachable within 20-30 minutes. Plus you've got a Walmart Suprecenter less than 2 miles away. What I also liked? Are the rooms. Freshly re-modeled, they looked like they were brand new ;)

The room was nicely decorated with pictures and offered plenty of space.

Unfortunately, the room was dirty. There were lots of hairs stuck to the tiles and the shower curtain in the bathroom. During check-in, the man seemed quite overwhelmed and spoke very little English. After several failed attempts, he ended up blocking my credit card, and I had to pay in cash because he couldn’t operate the card terminal (it kept saying “enter PIN,” which he didn’t understand. After I pointed it out, he then told me to write my PIN on a piece of paper because the terminal was behind a glass panel, which felt very sketchy. It was already too late anyway; my card had already been blocked...

The sheet is not clean, and there’s someone’s hair. The floors are not washed, very dirty. They only clean the surface.

No breakfast. Location was in the general vicinity of the Burbank airport, which we were flying out the next morning. If you want to be close to the airport and at a fair price, this is a decent choice. However, be aware they are very miniminal with the towels.

Actually it’s good as it’s new. But the floor is dirty like never wipe it. My foot became dirt and black.

Good but only one concern about hygienic

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. And I kept hearing gunshots throughout the night. I ended up leaving and driving 2 hours home because I was grossed out and scared
