Cable TV with HBO and free local calls are provided and Free Fresh Coffee available in Lobby everyday Harrah’s, Harvey's, Hard Rock, Casino is 5 minutes' walk away from Budget Inn At The heavenly Gondola. Lake Tahoe is 5 minutes' walk away. The motel is 5 minutes' walk away from area restaurants Base Camp, Azul Latin, including Heavenly Village and Heavenly Gondola and ski resort across the street Bar and Pub are with in walking distance. - The front desk is great. Very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. Location is perfect for access to Heavenly Gondola and 2 blocks from Stateline Nv with casinos and great nightlife.

- Location is very convenient, you can literally walk to the slops in less than 3 mins. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, they have done renovations recently which convenient.
Cons -
- The hot water inn 31 does not work
- There are no ac inn the rooms just a fan
- this is a one man operation
