I know this is not a 5 star hotel but the room was not as presented on their web site , there was a big stain on the carpet and part of the carpet was tape down to to the floor with duct tape, they had a portable AC set up by the window .
It was close to the concert.

Cons -

No mini fridge, no micro wave, wifi signal was very weak, Shower floor was peeling and cracked. It was hard to figure out how to watch T.V. as there were two remote controls. I spent two HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE T.V. I finally gave up.
I checked out right away and even though I did not get a refund I do not regret having to pay to stay somewhere else .
I called about early check in, they said it would be 20.00 before 3. So waited until 3:10 and I called the number on the door and they said check in is at 4 but he will make an exception at 3:30. Told them I called earlier and was told 3. So I had to wait
