Now offers free breakfast, clean rooms, great service!!

Staff were always helpful and accomodating. Had an issue with an incorrect charge. Billing Dept. handled it and gave immediate credit back to my charge card. Pool area was awesome with plenty of seating, towels and hot tub. Hotel clean and sanitary.

Fitness room A/C was broken. Only had a room fan. Extremely warm and uncomfortable to work out in.

Very expensive to be so outdated. They seem to be very controlling of the electricity and access to internet. Really adamant about breakfast vouchers for mediocre breakfast options. Rooms have very small television with low volume limits.

Room was spacious and clean.

I DID NOT like paying security deposit & after requesting Ret'd military disc along with PARKING FEE, low rate EXPLODED for NO reason other than a rip-off. BAIT & SWITCH, living in FL, would never return, was interested in Reagan Library, NOT RECCOMEND.

The staff is tremendously courteous and friendly. They have great customer service. They helped me with all the questions I had with patience and care.

The only thing I did not like is that the rate was high for this hotel, because they charge for parking, so having to pay for parking made it more cost effective. The rate for parking is 16.00 dollars. I think that should be take into consideration.

Free internet for only 4 hours. Bathroom door needs to stay open and not close automatically. Difficult for adult and children.

ants in room they switched to new room and there were more ants in the bathroom sink, counter top, on the toilet ... i hated this hotel

Additional $16 for parking. $100 deposit for card or $150 for cash. No cancelation.

Poor room service did not honor the morning breakfast, charged extra for parking and ran out of wash cloths.

Great location and value for this vicinity.

I?ve stayed here several times in the past 5 years. $16 Pay to park is new and a bad idea. Just build it into your rates instead of being ambushed with it. If parking for the loud obnoxious sports bar is a problem, set aside an area for guests only.

Location. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for, mostly. Hidden added fee to park raised price to that of a better hotel with included parking.

Extra fee for parking is ridiculous. There are no alternatives-the parking lot is mostly empty. Minimal toiletries in bathroom-BRING YOUR OWN SOAP, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER. Wooden shutters don't block the light. Had to hang a blanket over shutters.

View from our room was lovely and staff was very nice.. also loved the tacos at the pub next door

It was not a big deal at all but the bathroom counters were a bit old.

It was near to were we needed to be and it was very nice for the price, we thought paying for parking was ridiculous.

I liked the location near the freeway and the Reagan Library.

I didn't like being charged $16.00 a night for parking. The didn't seem to be a good reason for the charge.
