The front desk clerk; I know it's spelled wrong} was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady, also extremely helpful and friendly.

My room card key had to keep getting rekeyed .

Great staff. Shockingly good breakfast. Very clean.

Rooms could use some warming up. They aren’t really decorated.

Bed and pillows are substandard. Hotel was noisy.

Mattress quality. Staff lied, said that we're going to swap mattress, called the desk a few hours later to follow up, they said that it was never promised. BAD ETHICS. Also, walls are paper thin; do not stay on first level, hear every step above.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was great! A nice breakfast with lots of variety was provided.

I got back late both nights I stayed here. One night I got the last parking space. The other night I had to park at a nearby business.

The hiring and cooling system was not working right and it was so dusty all over it was so obvious that the system was never clean .

It was a great location for where I needed to be.

Yes, they need to replace the AC unit which is old and very noisy and which I had to turn off leading to a hot night. It appears they are still out in the middle of remodeling and getting the basics taken care of.

Basically clean. Security guard at entrance to parking lot. Very quiet. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Didn't use it, but pool looked clean.

Room very run down. Cracked sink coming off of wall, dingy paint, old carpet, bathroom floor tile broken and loose. Breakfast awful--bananas bruised and too ripe to eat, powdered coffee creamer.

This hotel is not like in pictures. Bathroom was dirty and room had a strong smell. The volume of the tv did not work and the lady from front desk ask me to plug and unplug the tv. So unprofessional. I do not recommend it

The service of the staff to act quickly and be understanding that the hotel was not up to my standards at all.

Plenty, the room was filthy, toilet dirty, shirts on the back of the door in the bathroom and didn't smell clean at all! Really bad!

The bed sheets were unwashed/stained with what appeared to be something nasty(blood-dried food). Carpet was heavily trafficked!

No amenities, no place to hang clothes, towels were shredded and worn, Decor was nothing, no extra blankets or a bedspread Free breakfast coffee was not good

The staff was inattentive. The room was dirty and the carpet needed cleaning. The shower had no water pressure.

No closet, no cafetera, no plancha, no horno, el baño necesita mejor ducha y algunos pequeños detalles mas.

Our room was very dirty. The furniture was pushed in the center of the room, there was latex gloves left out on the sticky desk and the phone TV and most of the lights did not work. Among check in there was no pillows or towels.

The location is the only noteworthy things out this hotel

No manager on duty at night. Walls paper thin we checked out at 230am because people were ridiculous loud and we had kids. It sounded like they were going to be doing something not appropriate for kids to hear. Nothing about this place was updated.
