The room looked like it had recently been redone. It was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was imaculate.

My room was on a busy street.

Comfortable beds and clean showers.

Know that they converted smoking rooms to nonsmoking but the air conditioners still smell of smoke, they should be changed out. Also, coffee in the morning could be a bit better - real cream rather than powdered? Otherwise, this was a great stay.

Refrigerator was ice cold. Great water pressure. A lot of outlets in the room.

Chairs needed recovering. Bedspread had blood stains on the back side (gross).

Location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and stores with family ¿¿ ving nearby

This unassuming hotel is a hidden jewel of Santee. What made my stay here so hospitable? In a word the manager. She is endlessly cheerful & friendly with a desire to please her guests. My overall experience was unexpectedly awesome.

Convenient location. The daily maid service was very good. The bedding and towels were also good.

The box spring covers were stained with scuff marks and what looked like a beverage spill of some sort. We noticed roaches in the bathroom and determined they were coming in from a crack underneath the vanity.

Pillows are terrible & lumpy, causing Difficult sleep. A/C for unit next door very loud with water splashing noise causing Difficult sleep.

I liked the location because it was near the event I attended on Monday. I loved how the check in staff was accommodating and quickly brought up the ironing board and iron we requested, he was polite, kind, and quick. Younger man, I didn't get his name .

I didn't like the faint smell of smoke when my mum and I first checked in. We had curry for dinner and then it helped dispel the odor haha, but I think someone before us definitely ignored the "Non-Smoking Room" policy. Or it was coming from a room nearby

Although the hotel was located near the green line trolley station, nothing could makeup for the massive ant infestation. It really is a true deterrent and if I'm lucky I won't end up with other critters in my suitcase.

Lots of noise from motorcycle clubs meeting for rally. Then resurfacing of parking lot while I was there. God thing I'm an early riser or I'd have been pissed.

Location, near everything

After a couple nights had red spots on my face and body. Once I figured out what was wrong, too late, the bed bugs or whatever was in the room ate me alive. I'm still recovering and would never stay there again
