- The bed was pretty comfortable
- Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Modest but high quality continental breakfast. Great experience overall!
- Hotel staff is very helpful, we had to keep some cooler packs frozen and while there was no freezer section to our mini-fridge (this seems to be a trend in most hotels these days) they helped put our cooler packs into their freezer. Also loved the shampoo
Cons -
- Not enough parking. Homeless people hanging out by the parking lot. The TV didn't work. The in room coffee maker didn't work. The lights in the bathroom kept turning on and off by themselves all night. After we booked we got a notice about $50 pet fee.
- The pillows were too high. Had some difficulty remaining asleep due to time pressure from parking meter.
- Hotel employee got flustered when I was showing her the difference in the rates on other sites. She expressed that anyone could come in and say any price, true but I had been in the two previous days so she knew I was not that person.AskFor manager she call cop
