Clean, lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, clock), large room, good location, quiet at night and good price

It's quiet because it's set back from the street. I can walk to stores. Great price. Ammenities like fridge and microwave.

A better than I expected hotel for the price! A Denny's, a mexican restaurant and a quickie mart directly across the street.

It's quiet, comfortable, good price, great amenities.

The air conditioning in the room worked great. The TV worked in the mini fridge and microwave worked.

Long black hairs on bedspread and sheets. Non-adjustable shower head pointed toward wall of shower. Wi-Fi nonfunctional for all five nights of my stay. Bottom sheet was 10 inches too short and my feet were directly on the mattress pad. Room was run down.

This is my go to hotel in Santa Rosa. Quiet, comfortable, great price, lots of amenities. Easy walk to Trader Joe's, Costco, Target, etc.

Cleanliness and proximity to Santa Rosa memorial hospital

Tub drain wAs broken, toilet was too low. And there was a somewhat dangerous step into room. Nearly tripped and fell several times.

Big room. Lots of amenities - fridge, microwave, hair dryer, thick towels, comfortable bed, good reading light, good wifi, large flatscreen TV. Quiet. Not right on the street. Can walk to shopping and restaurants. Great value for the price!

Nothing. I've stayed there twice and had the same experience both times.

It's an every day kind of place, but the room had everything needed; from a table with 2 chairs, to a desk, tv, microwave and refrigerator. Nothing over the top, but great in terms of functionality.

The owner/manager was a very friendly and kind man. I misplaced my key and came early morning to get a replacement and he took care of me with a very happy and positive attitude. Small things like that made for a good experience.

Clean and welcoming staff

Difficult to get out of parking lot. Not that the hotel a=has any power over the busy street, it was just a little difficult due to the amount of traffic.

It was a horrible smell and was dirty. Tuvalet doesn't work well.

Nothing fancy, but clean and well kept, comfortable (comfy pillows and beds) and good water pressure. Keurig coffee machine, water bottles, granola bars, and some basic toiletries provided. There's a small closet, iron, fridge, microwave, and hair dryer.

The wifi was unusable. This would have been a nightmare trip if I needed to get work done.

Nothing really

I got terrible allergies that lasted all night in the room. Runny nose and burning eyes. Likely mold or extreme dust

Not as noisy as expected near Santa Rosa street. Have trouble with steps, forgot to ask for street level lodging, had parking level lodging. Very convenient for my elderly body. Thankful for that convivence. Near where function that I had to attend.

City bus stop at entrance to Inn. Poor timing on my behalf. On all three occasions in the dark had to wait for bus to pick-up or discharge patrons. Too dangerous for me to attempt to pass bus to enter driveway, in dark, traffic very dense at the time.

The staff was polite/kind and very quick during checkin/checkout. Very willing to answer my questions, despite us being a late night check in.

The room wasn't as clean as I had hoped. The floor felt a bit sticky and like it had not been swept. There was a tiny mushroom/plant that seemed to be growing from the toilet's water tank. The bed was clean though.
