Clean, spacious, new room.

Parking was a minor issue. Free from 6pm til 9am and Sundays. Otherwise you need to pay meter or pay 25 a day for secure garage.

The lady that helped me check in was very kind and made my check in experience was lovely very understanding about my service dog.

It was brand new and clean. Hotel employee was very helpful with area attractions.

We fell in love with how much space there is to offer in a room! It was also furnished with modern, simple pieces. It truly felt like we had our own little apartment for the weekend. Great customer service too.

Good value stay. Clean rooms. Walkable to restaurants and micro brewery

I don’t like the auto turn off of the bathroom light. It needs to detect motion or it shuts off.

Guest in the surrounding area where our bedroom was, were running up and down the hallway late at night. Also slamming their bedroom doors.

Parking around is impossible or you need to pay 25 dls more is not ok … also When I arrived at the lobby, it smelled strongly of food, as if they didn't have good ventilation. They need to add a good air freshener to create a fresh and clean environment.

Maryland at reception was amazing

A lovely boutique hotel in a central location. The staff is professional and so warm and friendly and room was sparkling clean.

The location, the decor, the layout

Almost everything. Beautiful property. Gorgeous decorations. The king studio was spacious, spotless, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed and linen. The kitchenette was extremely well stocked for simple cooking.

There was only one thing that seriously marred my six day stay. Although my reservation in writing and verbally included the specific request for a completely fragrance-free room and scent-free cleaning products, someone too generously sprayed the whole room before I arrived. The perfumed air freshener spray was so overwhelming that my travel person could not stay at the hotel at all. I stayed only by airing the room out several hours every day with open doors. The Hotel staff did their best to work with me by offering me an alternate room (which also had the scent) and eventually a discount which I appreciated.

Breakfast was nice and light. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and there was an extra soft blanket in the closet. Nespresso machine in the room. Room was clean.

Water pressure in shower sucked. Shower head needed to be cleaned. View from window was an alley. Room echoed every time you spoke or made any noise. Finding overnight parking was impossible, had to use hotel garage parking for am extra fee.

Friendly and convenient

Minor details in room, such as a designer showerhead that delivered a sparse spray (given water-saving restriction on output volume) and bed linens that caused us to prespire.

Rooms share a door that’s lock that allows you to access the room next to you , group staying next door was loud and tried to open my door after telling them to stop. Freaked me out wasn’t comfortable and didn’t feel safe

Lori at the front desk was amazing, and the cleaning staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient.

I have had back surgery and notified the hotel in advance that, if possible, I would like a soft bed or foam topper. Even though acknowledged vis email, neither was available. It might be a good investment for the hotel to have a quality foam topper available for guests that need it. The lack of one resulted in a painful week with little sleep for me.
