Clean, roomy, alot of outlets for technology

No jacuzzi --- Bar food was average at best

I loved the modern european style rooms. Everything felt fresh and upbeat.

$30 valet parking fee. No secure parking unless valet and we we had things in the car we could not bring into hotel. Valet was courteous and very efficient though

The hotel was nice with a good downtown location.

The freeway noise made sleeping near impossible. The charge for a dog wasn't obvious when I booked the hotel.

It¿s a clean hotel with a nice bar and centrally located to a lot of good restaurants in Santa Rosa.

The parking situation sucks and the staff isn¿t very helpful when it comes to explaining where to park or how to charge food and drinks to your room.

Cost of valet parking with the only other option being parking in a homeless encampment under an adjacent bridge. Also, being charged for valet parking when we parked our Tesla every day and the car was never moved by hotel staff.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, parking, and freeways.

Only thing we disliked about this place was the lack of parking. We had to park either on the street or in a lot behind the hotel. Both you have to pay for. I saw half a dozen homeless during my 3 walks to and from my car and minimal security cameras.

according to the confirmation from Priceright, the price include free parking, but the hotel said no, the never give free parking. ???

This hotel is relatively new. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean.

I did not like that my room was a corner room right next to the highway. Honestly, the noise was so loud I thought a window was opened. However, we were so tired once we fell asleep it was not to bad.

The hotel was super modern and the room looked amazing. The rainfall shower was super cool and everyone was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located to downtown Santa Rosa making waking easy.

We got a room right next to the freeway. Since the hotel was sold out, we were not able to get another room. We didn't sleep at all. The staff offered earplugs but that didn't help. The price of the room should be reduced if your next to a busy freeway

The refrigerator won't get cold, no cups, no coffee nand no tea

Bed was nice

My daughter and I had high expectations being that this was a brand new hotel. 1) We couldn't check in early (I had a migrain). 2) There was urine drops on the toilet. 3) The housekeeper after cleaning it up left the rag on the bathroom sink. Never again!

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

The only small problem is walking to the town square.
