Pros +
- Staff were good to me on the front desk and the chap for the grab and go breakfast. Good value for money
- The games in the lobby and bar.
- Spacious showers and huge game room equals ultimate hotel night. Staff was amazing and room was perfect. Very private and perfectly dark. Lobby is decorated completely for the season. Will definitely return.
Cons -
- It is very tired for a 4 star hotel - rooms need re-doing, although arguably that is reflected in the price. SoMA is not the Tenderloin but still not a nice area. No in room coffee. Amenity fee is very confusing - just include it in the price upfront!
- The soaps in the room smelled more ?public bathroom like? than of luxury scent.
- At night the area felt a bit uncomfortable especially as there is no on-site parking available. Our room had a bit of a smell.
