Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was great: close to cafés, restaurants, bars, and public transport.
What didn’t work as well was that the rooms felt a bit rundown compared to the photos on the website. The first room I was allocated had a dirty, smelly carpet, and the second room had a constant white noise coming from the air conditioner in the room above. After raising this, I had to move to a third room. I’m grateful to the staff for doing their best to improve my stay, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the overall experience at the hotel.

Location wise it's right near the center of the city, which is great. Close proximity to the metro/cable car stations. Clean rooms and good price - comfort ratio
Being so close to the center you are also close to some of the worse neighborhoods of the city, quite a few drugged out zombies around. Especially during night felt better to be with a group. This has more to do with the city than the hotel.

The hotel is really good, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location too! I recommend and I'd book it again!
I think they could have at least a simple breakfast option to offer to guests.

Nicely decorated boutique hotel, good value for money.
The bunk bed rooms are quite small, so backpacks are ok but large luggage’s for 4 people is a bit of an issue.

Perfect location, perfect price, good confort, would come again for sure as a family looking for a budget friendly stay. Very convenient to connect to the airport by bart and to the city via cable car.
The immediate neighbourhood does not feel safe, let's say it's 200 meters from feeling safe again. No breakfast option as I remember.

Great value for money in convenient location. Rooms were clean. Twin bunk beds were ideal for 3 people and no one had to use a sofa bed. Each bed had a convenient USB port. Laundry facilities were good and the communal kitchen area was great. The friendly staff were helpful and available 24hrs.
Room was small but value for money.

Nice hotel. Close to everything, the location is just perfect. Cozy rooms, comfy bed, clean bathroom.
