- Convenient location
- hot food is so delicious
- The location, happy hour comp's, Koi pond and gathering areas. Bedding. Nice lobby.
Cons -
- This hotel has really gone downhill, both in room quality and in service. The walls are paper thin. I easily heard conversations next door. The pillows and bed are the worst. I had the worst night sleep in 10 years because of how bad they are.
- Parking Fee Daily, Rooms (and halls) in need of updated furnishings. Chairs were threadbare. When asked about a gathering room for 3 hours for family coming in for funural, the fee quoted was $800+ for 3 hours, terribly excessive.
- I tried to call ahead and get a bigger room but they never answered the phone then when I got there they checked me into a dirty room
