Pros +
- The price was good for the room size. Walking distance to many shops, food, and banks (Safeway, MCD, DelTaco, Starbucks, Habit Burger, US Bank, Wells Fargo, etc.) and right off the freeway exit.
- All the staff were very friendly and with me being a single person with my service dog ??? I felt that they kept an extra eye on me when I was outside walking around near IHOP.
- The managers are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet, and the proximity to the hospital where my husband is a patient makes it very convenient.
Cons -
- Some of the tvs were different then the others, meaning some were set up for Ruko (i didn't understand how to us it) and others were set up as regular TV. Both times the family managers came and helped quickly. :-) Very Pleased
- Other than the location, it was gr8! I'd stay there again, if needed
- It smelled horrible and in a terrible location
