Flamingo Inn-Rosemead, CA.

It was great priced and 30 mins from universal studios.

I feel if they put in more work to the bathrooms it would be a higher level hotel. Showers and tubs are in pretty bad condition.

The location is good, staff is friendly but the room that we got this time was not very nice. And we paid for 2 days and housekeeping was telling us that we needed to pay because it show on their paperwork that we had not paid yet. Also our key card was only programed for 1 day and there was nobody in the office to fix it. I called twice and rung the bell like 6 orv7 times for someone to como to the front desk. This was the last time we staid there

The location is near my destinations. The bed is comfortable and the staff is also friendly and helpful.

The WIFI. The WIFI is pretty slow that I can hardly use my creative cloud for work.

The room smelled disgusting, they're was cockroaches we ended up not going back for the second night we booked, staff didn't care all they said they couldn't do anything and dude walked away

It was a pretty quiet spot and the rooms were okay for the price.

The floors and bed were nasty. The staff was horrible and rude. The bathroom had broken tiles. The pictures on the wall literally fell apart.

Hot tub size

Staff was rude and unfriendly, upon arrival room was dirty and when brought up to front office staff he said there was nothing he could do about it. Ac felt like it wasn't working

The rooms were freshly appointed and new. The bathroom was original but very clean. The economy of the stay was unmatched.

I didn't like anything here. The tvs didn't work. The main door to my room wouldn't lock. I had to switch rooms 3 times. If it wasn't the door, it was the tv. If it wasn't the TV, it was the AC. I wouldn't recommend this place for ANYONE!

I didn't like that I stayed 3 nights. Or the deposit. I felt like they should've paid me to stay there.

I appreciated that the staff really does their best to keep the hotel clean and to fix issues promptly. I also liked that there’s no carpet here, unlike in many other hotels. In the morning, when I mentioned at the reception that we had been given the wrong room, they quickly found a replacement for us.

Checking in at night was a hassle: we had to call the tired manager multiple times and wait until she realized she was on duty. Despite booking a room with a king-size bed, we were given one with twin beds and an extra bed we didn’t need. On top of that, there was no cold water in the shower, which made washing up before bed very uncomfortable. In the new room we were moved to, there were small cockroaches, and we had to kill them to keep them out of our belongings. the rooms have old and worn-out furniture and bath... Unfortunately, I didn't have the desire to take photos, but they definitely don't match what's displayed in the hotel's portfolio.

The smell was weird, sticky floor, tv not working, fitted bed sheet was so thin and no blanket just two thin sheets to cover myself with, dirty toilet bowl, dirty shower with hairs on the walls, damages to shower title and bathroom door, dirty room mirror. I paid less for a much much nicer hotel (currently here).

It’s was okay and in a decent area. Staff were nice and respectful towards me. Bed was comfortable

Although I didn’t have too bad of a stay the bed did have some preexisting damage so the head board wasn’t very secure to the bed. There was also damage to various other areas of the room the room itself seemed dated and didn’t match up to the pictures advertised online so I felt it wasn’t worth the charged price. There was hair still left over on surfaces around the room and in the bathroom both around the top rim of the toilet as well as in the shower along the floor and walls. Shower did have some missing/damaged tiles, So I had to do some cleaning prior to use of those facilities. Some of the other residents there during my stay were also pretty loud shouting I’m not sure if they were having a disagreement but it was a bit disruptive.

I was able to park with ease. Love that there was enough room to park, and have enough room to move around and not hit any other cars.

Not enough towels when requested more towels.
