Palm Motel

location

the thought of waiting for a room, cleaniness, smell, dirty sheets

Man at the front desk was stoned. Tried to extort me for $---

Price, Secure location. Fresh remodel

No extras, no coffee, minimum services. That was ok considering the price. What was unacceptable was the poor WiFi. The TV relied on WiFi, worked poorly.

No deposit required at check in

The Rooms was outdated. The furniture in the room was worn out and had graffiti

Easy check in, did not have to wait too long

Great customer service friendly staff

It is good that they are renovating the accomodation.

When we checked in, the accommodation was not clean at all. The fridge was dirty and clearly hadn't been wiped down, the bathroom had hair everywhere, and the blankets had an unpleasant smell. For the price paid, we expected basic hygiene standards to be met. This really affected our stay and I hope management takes cleanliness more seriously for future guests.

Great value. Relatively easy to find and access, good location.

It was a bit noisy due to some renovations, the rooms are ok, but they were clean.

if you are reovating, you shoulld not allow reservation as constructions impacts customers sleep

no lock and construction in early morning when checkout is 11am

Good price

Dirty yellow pillows, sunken holes on mattress, and dirty filthy walls

The bathroom had a loud whistle noise the whole time. Couldn't find the source, also the sink leaked, so water on the floor. The room needs more towels, nothing to dry your hands with. Just a suggestion, the walkway, stairs and balcony need pressure washing. Other than that, the room was clean, and the bed,TV and price were good.

Room was horrible, holes in wall, stain on sheets, broken floor board, bathroom was dirty.

Love the place good location and friendly management and staff ???

No negative feedback

The location just ok .

Dirty , very poor cleaning and everything look bad the furniture ... The internet couldn't use one single day .

Nothing everything so old and super dirty

Everything it’s super old and super disgustingly dirty pubes on the bed hairs on the showers toothpaste and shampoo on the tub sink full of hair walls literally had poop on them walls were all stained on them sheets were dirty pillows were black dirty and had cigarette burnt marks on them floor its disgusting sticky and dirty room smells like straight cigarettes etc worst motel I’ve ever stayed in and never in my life will I ever stay here nor recommend it to anybody they should might as well burn this whole place down and start from the ground up

Wasn’t a very comfortable stay

Room was very uncomfortable walls were dirty hole in bathroom wall shower tub surface peeling curtains taped together or melted I don’t recommend at all pictures look way better on website then in person

The price. The water pressure in the shower!

It wasn't clean and found 2 medium sized roaches in the bathroom, alive.. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from whoever is in the room next to you. The shade in the front window left a lot of space where anybody could just look in your room and see what's going on. The shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower, and there's no fan in the bathroom. Also when I went to put something in the fridge it was filthy dirty. The comforters had cigarette holes/burns on them. There was what I assume is some kind of sauce splattered on the door frame to the bathroom.

The staff the rooms the location

The staff the rooms the location

Location was good—lots of fast food available close by.

The neighbors were LOUD—music and constant visitors. The parking lot and the room next door were a revolving door. Felt unsafe.
