The staff was nice and they accommodated an early check-in request so I'm very grateful. Breakfast was doable.

I would've liked them to provide more towels in the room , I didn't like that the room didn't have its own microwave. Otherwise, everything was great.

The room that was advertised on the app is not what we checked into , most of the lights in the room didn’t work and when we checked into the room there was explicit content on the television which was very inappropriate for my niece and baby to see .the heater wasn’t working only blowing cold air .The bathtub was dirty and they had no face towels available although the room was non smoking there was a stinch of cigarette smell still lingering in the room The CSR was extremely rude and barely spoke any English! Please be careful booking here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED of the cleanliness, room, staff and parking. Front desk took the time to call me and confirm that we were staying at their place. We arrived around 1:30 am and they were waiting for us with a smile. The remote was missing from our room and I called from desk so they went to deliver it to us right away. The ENTIRE room was clean, comfortable bed, LED lights, price was well worth it! nothing bad to say!

A little dust on top of the bed frames. I stayed in room 202 the refrigerator was a bit noisy but other than that this place is great

Standard American-style hotel room, completely new, modern, and VERY clean. Great value for money, I highly recommend it

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Royal Inn. Everything was up to our standards with room stays. Comfortable, clean rooms. Quiet atmosphere. Staff was great. Breakfast was a surprise, and great.

The bed was a hard. It was just for 1 night, but we did notice once we sat on it.

It was close to the event I was attending.

This area has busy traffic, and inconsiderate drivers. The parking lot was full when I got back from my event late evening. I had to park at the end of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and very nice (much better than most motels). Check in was very easy. Gong demon was lovely.

Walls were a bit thin, water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, air conditioner was a little buggy but worked well overall

It was clean and spacious.

Skipping through channels on the TV was complicating, my child was skipping through the channels and the adult channel was not locked…needless to say my child ended up watching something a 10yr old had no business watching

It's newly renovated. Very modern. Table w 2 chairs. Nice towels & toiletries. Comfortable king bed.

There is coffee in the lobby from 7:30-9:30. But I like it in the room.
