Staff was really nice. Gave me the time I need to gather my things.

Cleanness

Clean and the room was perfect in every way.

I had a really bad experience with the customer service attendant who works the breakfast area. She rude , judgemental and it felt like she was throwing a little racism towards my direction. I was taken back because I chose Choice hotels.

The staff didn't bother us.

The hotel is old, dirty, and nasty. It has mold everywhere.

Nice rep at check in, excellent room, good parking, overall VG for the $$

It was close to our destination

I paid extra to get the pull out sofa for my six year old daughter. When we pulled it out, there was dirty men¿s underwear and ball cap in the sofa, along with other dirt and trash. Also no sheets on or in a cabinet for the sofa bed.

Location, nice rooms, no parking problems.

Breakfast was awful.

My truck wasn¿t broken into. Hot water was good.

Dirty. Coffee maker was dirty and cheap. Carpet was horrible. Remote did not work. No follow up from the desk. Linen not changed. Other than a waffle food was garbage. It was a dump.

The room was pretty clean. That is the main thing I liked was the size of the room.

I didn't like the breakfast. There was an employee literally hovering over what everyone was getting and would only place 1 or 2 items of whatever was being served to keep "control" over how much being used. Almost no option whatsoever.

Staff is always very courteous

Room was smaller than I¿ve had in same hotel in the past and bathroom floor was not too clean. Walked in my socks and socks got super dirty in the bathroom.

Bed was really old, pillows were tiny and lumpy, towels were warn out. Breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Nothing it was a disgusting mess and poorly managed

This hotel needs to close. Dirty floors, mold in bathroom Poor service, dirty rooms, I doubt the carpets in the hallways have been cleaned in years. Disgusting dirty unsanitary.

I liked the size of the room, and the location was very convenient for me.

The couches were stained and did not look clean, so I was not able to use and enjoy them. The breakfast options were very disappointing. Some hot options would have made it worth a little more.

Breakfast!!!! Bed was so comfy and room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very welcoming.

Housekeeping forgot to replace the empty facial tissue. Breakfast room staff is a little rude.

Have Parking

Breakfast Dark area Wired people walking around the hotel in the night and people fixing their car inside the parking lot.

Room was clean and so was the facility.

There is only one entrance and parking was at the very back. Also was looking forward to breakfast but all there was was waffles and cold items such as cereal and yogurt.. There was no bread for toast, no danishes, no eggs or bacon.

Night arrived: Very dark bathroom could not took shower in hotel 1st time in my life Very Dirty carpet in front of elevator on 2nd floor, Law Quality of breakfast, Microwave noisy, dirty stained couch, broken lock of exit door to the parking lot unsaf

This hotel need attention to remodeling everything Really bad hotel, never come again y not recommending any body
