Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

Great location. We attended Glowing Wild and the museum. Staff so helpful and there are smiles everywhere.

It?s clean, nice and has a great location and Resturant w/live music!

Long hike to some of the rooms

Very clean room. We got a free room upgrade. Excellent location. Away from highway. Close to Sundial Bridge and Bethel Church in Redding.

The front sliding glass doors were not working. It was inconvenient to push the luggage trolley through the manual side door. There was a printed sign at the front of the Sheraton which indicates that the sliding glass doors had not working for a while.

There was no microwave in room. For the price you we paid there should have been one to warm up our leftovers.¿¿

I don't want more apps on my phone and you're asked to scan a qr to operate the tv. The light switches are more annoying than helpful. Maybe I should look for low tech in the future. Charge for parking, no free breakfast, pricey for basic but new hotel.

It¿s in a great spot in Redding, the hotel is very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I was traveling alone w children and I felt safe & they excepted pets.

THE LOCATION, AND THE SETTING AT THE RIVERWALK

WAS NOT ADVISED THERE WOULD BE NO ROOM SERVICE, IE CLEAN TOWELS I WAS THERE FOR 3 DAYS, ON THE 2ND DAY I SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO SERVICE, SHE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO HAVE HOUSEKEEPING BRING ANY. I GOT MY OWN

Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and after a long day of traveling it was just the perfect place to get some rest. I think this is my second favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful!

My only complaint was the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap had a very masculine scent. I would have much rather had a unisex scent or even fragrance free. It isn¿t a huge problem however, next time I will just bring my own.

The room was well laid out and clean. We enjoy the on site restaurant, wish you offered room service. I really like the full size (and good quality) soaps/lotions in the room.

The pillows were flat and smelled a bit. I would recommend offering memory foam pillows, they offer more support and are hypoallergenic.

Only one elevator and room was at the very end of the hall on the third floor, taking the luggage up the stairs was not fun.

It is located right at Turtle Bay on the Sacramento River. Can enjoy local activities without driving. Nice trails right on the river.

Location is great. Restaurant provides great food even during covid-19.

We booked a king room, but when we arrived they gave us a double queen room and told us they are overbooked.

Hotel sheets were dirty with lipstick stains on pillowcase

Hotel staff Is rude and unpleasant

It’s clean which is important anytime but especially during a pandemic. The restaurant is open with an adequate amount of social distancing and outdoor dining.
