The ac was cold wasn't busy pool was OK breakfast too

Added an extra day Wednesday. Thursday morning the receptionist named like cop on door. Told is we needed to leave. Mind you we spoke to man Wednesday night explained situation and he said yes same room. My husband had to go down. She wouldn't speak

AC was not cooling enough, and the room is too old and, sofa bed was discussing and dirty. We left the hotel at 11pm to stay to another hotel.

bathroom needs upgrade...room older architecture with lots of room...need more natural variety at breakfast...

The bed was excellent and the size of the room was great.

The hotel was old and needed some updating. The carpets were not very nice and just a lot of little things where in need of fixing. They do not pay attention to the little things like only one cart for your luggage and only one wash cloth in the room.

The bathroom door got locked at night. Had to use a plastic stir stick to open it. Also the carpet had a lot of stains on it.

Key wouldn't work. Waited 10 min. We finally got into the room and the room was dirty. Some shiny substance on the comforters and crumbs/ stains on the sheets. Floors completely stained and something sticky on the toilet seat. Wouldn't stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good.

There were no tissues, no hand towels, I was given a handicap shower so there was no overhead spray, no ice bucket but that was replaced with a kind of mixing bowl so the ice melted quickly WHEN ice was available. There was no water or tea at breakfast.

The overall state of the hotel was that the hotel was tired! The lobby carpeting old and dirty. The rooms needing a number of maintenance repair from cigarette burns on the bathtub, fixtures not being clean and in general the room left a lot to be desired

Friendly staff, very helpful!

We were on the second floor and the room above us was exceptionally NOISY. The floor made horrible noises and whoever was up there was up all night, so we did not sleep well. Had to close the sliding door because the people next to us smoked pot.

Staff was friendly and helped me with adding another day for the same rate.

The hotel is extremely outdated. Wierd stains and broken things. The only thing that saved the stay was the decent breakfast, clean sheets and the room was quiet locationally.

Jeep broken into, bike stolen. No security cameras, not even fake ones to deter low life criminals.

Under new management with working owning. Service couldn?t of been better. All own needs were met with a great room upgrade.

The room smelled like mildew. The hallways did not smell good either.

Price

Very Dirty and poorly maintained. Carpet stained shower curtain stained. Dirty. Patched holes in walls not finished needed paint.

Blood on the ceiling, ants everywhere, rooms where 100 plus degrees, mattresses were gross.

Location near highway

Overbooked. Breakfast room was not able to accommodate.the number of guests.

The room was just the right size for us while traveling for baseball. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast was the perfect topper to start the day!

The bathroom could've been cleaner and the toiletries could've been bigger. This was not enough for 3 people.

Location is very convenient, rooms are large and well equipped, everything worked.

It didn't effect our stay, but this hotel is showing its age, and has some unaddressed wear and tear. It will need some effort and investment soon, or it will continue to deteriorate to a lower star rating.

Hotel employee at the front desk was polite and helpful though obviously stressed from computer issues. The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful.

The woman who worked the 11am-7pm has no situational awareness. Unfortunately we were in one of the first rooms off the lobby. Every guest that came in matched her loud volume of conversation. At 5am I finally went out and asked her to lower her voice.
